Super

I’ve been a customer since April and have had a positive experience. Deliveries are fast and reliable, products are affordable and of good quality, and the packaging is well done. Refunds and complaints are handled efficiently and satisfactorily.
I only had an issue with the last delivery. They either delivered late or to my neighbour while I was waiting at home.

Online Chat Support

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with your customer support service. The online chat support experience has been extremely poor. For a single message or response, I have had to wait more than 20 minutes, making it very difficult to get assistance in a reasonable timeframe. This level of support is frustrating, especially when customers are trying to resolve urgent issues such as receiving a damaged product.

I strongly encourage you to review and improve your customer service response times so that customers can receive the support they need without excessive delays.
