The bunch of flowers received didn’t…

The bunch of flowers received didn’t look like the one ordered. The size didn’t match neither (ordered a very large and received what looks like a large).
Very expensive service and very very disappointed. Next time, I’ll order right from the flower shop by email.

We ordered flower from Slovenia to family in France. Delivery was next day. We are satisfied that you gave us this possibilitie
The only thing what we missing is... possibilitie to see how the bouquete looked before delivery and the sign of the recipient....
We didin"t recieved feed back from recipient...soxwe are not 100% sure that delivery was made
