I contacted customer support regarding a shipment that appears to be delayed. Three days have passed since I received your reply, and it has now been almost ten days since I placed the order, which has still not been delivered.
I believe that responsibility for delivery lies with the sender rather than the recipient, and therefore companies should consider choosing faster and more reliable couriers, especially when an ongoing subscription is involved.
Otherwise, these delays make it difficult not only to receive the products in a reasonable timeframe, but also to properly schedule the next shipment.
Ultimately, I believe I will not renew my subscription, as delivery within the expected timeframe cannot be guaranteed.

Dear Customer Service Team,
I have never questioned the quality of your supplements, especially since I have not even had the opportunity to try them yet.
What I have raised concerns about is the delivery time. Having subscribed to your service, I would like to receive the products within a reasonable and predictable timeframe so that I can maintain a consistent supplementation routine without interruptions caused by shipping delays.
As I already pointed out in my previous message, I fully acknowledge and appreciate that you responded to me immediately.
The issue, however, is that the delivery times are simply too long. If these delivery times continue, I will unfortunately have no choice but to cancel my subscription.

We received your first message on Saturday, August 29 at 9:32 AM. You immediately received an automatic reply informing you that our customer service team is not available during the weekend and that we would assist you on Monday.
Nevertheless, we replied to you later that same day, on August 29 at 12:58 PM, to let you know that the import procedure in Italy had been completed and that your order was on its way for delivery.
The latest tracking update shows that your parcel has now been handed over to the local Italian postal service for the final delivery.
We understand that this situation is frustrating. Most international parcels are delivered smoothly within a few days. However, international shipments are subject to certain procedures, and depending on the destination, parcels may also be subject to customs or other checks. Unfortunately, these procedures can sometimes cause delays that are beyond our control.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and hope that your parcel will be delivered very soon.

Good supplements but the packaging is a big waste. They pack the vitamine bag in paper, then in a box and that box in another box for shipment. Hopefully they adjust this overconsumption on paper.

Change of product information & boomerang effect
After months of trying, finally I decided to search some products to help me with my mission to lose weight while still breastfeeding even though I knew it was almost impossible to find such, but I accidentally bumped into Insentials on the internet where in the company’s website it was specified that their GHL-2 pack can be freely used during pregnancy and breastfeeding and I was thrilled! The products there had some very good reviews and excellent rewards so I immediately purchased a whole pack. After using it for 4 months I did feel better (very slow but still felt some change), but then I stopped the pills for 4 months and I gained weight even more than I had before starting the pills!!! Not only that, but now I can see that they changed the product information on the website and now it is written these products cannot be used while breastfeeding which makes me even more furious and concerned at the same time! Not to forget to mention the very expensive prices for the products which gave such a boomerang effect plus the extremely opposite change of crucial product information in just a few months, so I definitely would not recommend Insentials and their products, they’re just well-advertised but not worth the price.

The updated statement is the result of a revision of our communication. We continuously and carefully follow the legislation concerning dietary supplements.
It’s good to hear that you did start to feel some positive changes during the months you were taking our supplements, even if the progress felt gradual. Everyone’s body responds at its own pace, and often these kinds of changes build up slowly over time.
When supplements are stopped, it’s also possible that the support they provided is no longer there, especially if other factors such as lifestyle, stress, or nutrition have changed during that period. Weight fluctuations can happen for many different reasons.
