Slow delivery and slow customer service

Great service
My daughter’s watch broke. I’ve contacted the customer service and while the watch was still under warranty we got a brand new replacement. The delivery was very fast. Great service I really recommend it. And my daughter loves the watch. Thank you!

Love my new watch!
The watch arrived amazingly fast (even faster than most shipments from within the USA), considering it came all the way from Belgium! And it's beautiful. I love it! I've never been a woman that likes dainty, flowery attire, so I chose a man's watch--the one with a large "ocean blue" face and black (soft and comfortable) band. My husband keeps eyeing it, hoping I'll give it to him. Is it bad that I won't? ;)

Disappointing experience
Initial watch i received was a Xmas present. Wrist band got detached after a month or so, and timer did not work. Received replacement, same happened. Asked for a voucher and ordered ICE fit RT 3.0 (36mm), band said silicone however it is probably some polyplastic as I am having an rash. My previous watch had a polyplastic band that gave me a rash, I change the band to silicone and rash disappeared.
I also had to contact the customer services several times to receive an answer. Overall very disappointed by Ice watch.

extremely bad after-sales service
we had to replace the band/bracelet after less than 1 month. There was absolutely no support from the after sales team. I wrote 4 emails that were left unreplied. I find their service incredibly bad. I had to buy a new bracelet myself.

Watch came in good time and well packaged.
Do note that the strap is in a fixed circular position so the watch doesn't/cannot lay flat.
