What a great company - Thanks Phil!
What a great company - lots of retailers offer 'guarantees', this company stands by them. Installed a Kair heat recovery unit - amazing device for improved air quality and sorting out mould and damp problems - anyway 2 years later I had an intermittent noise from a bearing. Contacted I-Sells, talked to Phil and straight away had a free returns label to post the unit back with. Unit returned, again free-post, all working. What can I say, customer service at the very highest level. Thanks Phil for all your help and product knowledge.

I have reviewed Order 337658, which was placed with us on 13/08/2026 for galvanised ducting. At the time of the order, we advised that the majority of the materials were expected to arrive by 18/08/2026.
I would firstly like to apologise that some of the deliveries were not made directly to your address and were instead delivered to your neighbour at No. 6, where they were signed for by Jones.
The reason for this was that there was no one available at the delivery address when the dedicated vehicle arrived with the 3m spiral ducting. As this was a specialist delivery vehicle, if the driver had been unable to leave the materials safely and the goods had subsequently been returned to the manufacturer as a failed delivery, this could have resulted in additional delivery charges and further delays in getting the materials to you.
On this occasion, the driver therefore made the decision to deliver the materials to a nearby address to avoid the delivery failing and to ensure you received the goods without further delay or additional costs.
With regard to the remainder of the order, everything apart from the deflection grille was shipped and delivered on 18/08/2026, in line with the delivery information provided by I-Sells.
The deflection grille is a separate item with a stated 5-working-day lead time, as advised on our website. This was subsequently delivered on 26/08/2026, which was within the advised timeframe.
I’m sorry again for any confusion or inconvenience caused by the deliveries being left with your neighbour. We certainly understand that customers expect deliveries to be made to the specified address, and I appreciate that this may have been frustrating.

I placed and received my ducting order quickly. After a couple of days Ted emailed me to check everything was ok. We discussed an issue I had in venting my appliance and he recommended a get around to improve my aesthetics and airflow. Top class product and customer service…. A breath of fresh air!! Thanks Ted.

I contacted the company for advice and guidance for extraction for a neff induction hob.
Ted Valentinas gave amazing customer service above and beyond and something that appears to be rare these days with ai technology. I had already been in contact with Neff who said they could not give advice .
Anyway after discussion with Ted and a video sent to explain. He created me a shopping list and added the products. He made it the most smooth and easy transaction for a very already frustrated lady. Thank you
