Timely communication, delivery and setup
The delivery was on time and the two you gentleman were very helpful and worked hard delivering the heavy couch and setting it up in the room. Unfortunately, as the couch was very heavy, its' legs left some small marks on the floor of the room. Also one of the armrests installed leans a bit to the outside. Otherwise a sturdy and pretty couch.

Very poor service - Stay away
Very poor service. HomyCasa delivered and assembled a closet with broken mirror. Including sharp parts, we are now on day 17 without replacement.

I purchased a €704 bed from Homy Casa…
I purchased a €704 bed from Homy Casa that was delivered first week of June 2025 and noticed an issue with one drawer in that same week. At first it seemed minor, but the problem continued and eventually realized that it was on both drawers. After returning from the holidays- August, we lifted the bed and realized it had not been properly assembled.
I contacted customer service and was told to email them, but the email address wasn’t provided. Few months later due to my own postponement, I finally reached them and waited three weeks for a technician to visit. After the inspection, I was informed that no action would be taken because the issue was considered my fault.
I am very unhappy with the quality of the product and the way my complaint was handled. They didn’t even offer to fix at least the draws. For €704, I expected better durability and customer support.

The company needs to work on updating their website always and stop deceiving people into placing orders that are out of stock…
The company has good products but they always deceive people into ordering things by showing it's in stock, then after paying they will inform you your goods won't be delivered at the scheduled date because your orders are not in stock. You guys really need to fix this by always updating your Website.

Unprofessional: 4 months delivery, damaged goods, mounting services inadequate and lack of Customer Service to attend you
I placed the order in 28 July and received it in 20 October. Waited 4 months, only to still receive damaged goods. I paid for mounting services, and one of the mounters left, leaving us to help the one that stayed. It took them 5 hours to mount one closet, they perforated it in one side as he pushed the screw too much, didn't aligned properly the doors, and they mounted the interior of the drawers inside out. Great service... it makes sense to pay for that... Not to mention, I called in Customer Service, the lady answering was only able to tell me to send email, she couldn't do anything. Sent email out on 20/10, got the automatic reply I'll be contacted and answered to in 48 hours... today, 23/10 still nothing. I am left with a closet mounted wrongfully, damaged, that I cannot use!

The best experience in Portugal
Fast delivery. Bed arrived 1 week after order, after they called to schedule when is comfortable for me. The men that delivered and assembled the bed were very nice, clean, efficient and respectful to my house. The bed is amazing! Great quality wood, beautiful design and not at all expensive. I would buy again and again for HOMYCASA.

Perfect delivery
Delivered just as pictured and in the time frame they provided. Assembly included in the delivery fee. Couriers even took out the trash with them. Best service in a while especially as I don't speak Portuguese. Highly recommended.

Everything went well except that I received several emails asking to pay, while i paid and even received the sofa already.
