I used home's buyer's advisor service to represent me when negotiating and buying my first house in Denmark. In retrospect, this has been an invaluable service. My Danish is quite poor so the paperwork would have been a nightmare for me to read and understand, and I don't know the laws and regulations. Ida Lykke Aakeson from Home was my advisor. Once I decided on a house I was interested in, she managed all contact with the agent representing the sellers. She negotiated the price, made changes to the contract to make sure I wouldn't be responsible for paying leftover taxes from previous years and patiently explained everything in the contract and the entire process. She was quick, responsive and so nice. I truly don't know how I would have done this without her. I also feel that the service is very reasonably priced compared to the time and anxiety it would have taken me to figure everything out by myself.

1_ I bought a house via "home Vejle" Februray this year. Unfortunately the house was not completely emptied by former owner and some big stuffs like a very moldy billiard table & big stationery bike were left in the cellar, plus a worn out big shelter outside in the garden.
2_ They changed the key delivery date by short notice and I accepted to support them, but at the end got the house with the mentioned condition.
3_ They were very reluctant & not responsive in answering my follow up emails about this case and at the end, after more than 2 months continuous follow up, I was told that they can't do anything and I have to follow it up via court and lawsuit.
4_ The team were not supportive during handing over the key and was extremely reluctant in answering my questions about f.x. current utility suppliers name, etc.
5_ My overall experience with "home Vejle" was awful. I saw a team that can't be relied on in terms of delivery quality or a smooth procedure handling.
