Not good headphones
Ordered as my old headphones (Bose QuietComfort) started diconnecting and cutting in and out. I am autistic and so I ordered these headphones based on their sensory blocking marketing. The music is of much lower quality and sounds particularly bad when compared to my previous headphones. The way the headphones treated treble gave me headaches and the mixing (even after messing with the EQ) was worse than if I had played the music from my phone speaker.
The headphones were also very heavy for my head and the headband didn't adjust to a small enough size to fit comfortably - which has never been a problem for me with any type of headphone before.
The customizable shells are cool but pretty much the only upside of this product. Absolutely NOT worth the money for the quality. The app did not have enough adjustable settings for the price point - Bose for example has adjustable noise cancelling and EQ to boot.
The company's customer service were good and repsonsive to my request for return/refund and the delivery was on time.

The sound is amazing
The sound is amazing! Although when info bench press at the gym the tend to slip off. I put on some Led Zeppelin and I can't believe how the music sounds perfect.
My only issue is lying down they tend to slip off. Also I have a defective casing. The zipper jams. Other than that. Best sound I have ever heard for Headphones.

Overall, 10/10
Amazing sound. Very expansive, even on compressed files, that for example Spotify utilizes. Build quality looks extremely solid. Very comfortable on the head, not too tight, not loose. When on the head, sound doesn't bleed out. For the quality you get, price is more than adequate (given that samsung earbuds or apple airpods go for over 200€, and airpods max go for 700€) Overall, 10/10.

I have the Heavy’s headphones and they’re absolutely amazing! These ear buds are f***ing sh*t. My beats have better sound quality and clarity. This is an absolute embarrassment for the price you’re charging. They’re comfortable to wear and….. that’s it.

The quality of the product is excellant. Love the limited edition crimson earbuds! They arrived super fast too. I own the over ear cans also and would say I wish they had a slim fit one for us ladies but other than that Heavys have been awsome!

Earbuds good, App Bad.
I would say these earbuds sound good, heavy bass sound, I am giving 3 stars because of the app, when I exit the app thinking the eq setting will stay, it goes back to original sound. The earbuds are good but the app needs to be worked on.
