Taking it in English, as i am Danish by origin....
There was this lovely thing i really wanted for a gift .. every time i found it on the net, it told me the price in my countrys currency... But every time i tried to by it, i was told seller would not ship to my country....
I was sooo sad, and almost desperat...
Then i found you, Gotika, and you were a wishing miracle comming true.... I could order, and you send it and i got it...
I was expecting a serten size, but oh boy was i surprised.... It was way bigger than i thought, but that was a great thing.... Love it, and he whom will get it, i know he will love it to.... So beautiful fabric, so vibrant colors..... And ooooh so soft to the touch....

UPDATE: Seller reached out to me and generously offered me a discount on the shoes. Problem got solved. Dialogue was very polite and constructive as well!

I feel kind of bad leaving a bad review but my mail to customer service did not get a reply and I wrote them almost three weeks ago. I was hesitant to order but I wanted to get a pair of shoes that is hard to get these days. I liked the charity aspect of the shop (which is why I feel bad posting this) and given that it is probably not a company like a big E-commerce retailer I was okay with a long shipping time. BUT: Upon opening the shoe box I couldn't help but notice that the shoes seem to be worn. The listing did not state that I was buying used shoes. My problem is that the shoes were wayyyyy overpriced given that they are most definitely not new. I'm pretty bummed out :/

Ordered a week ago, no updates and no reaction to my mails and instagram messages. Super disappointed, because the prices are not even that good. I will open a case with paypal if I don't get any feedback by tomorrow.
