Extremely bad service! Order OD338468201448600100 was stuck at Pune hub for 9 days. Customer support missed multiple delivery deadlines, gave fake excuses, and their automated chat bot kept closing the chat without resolution. Horrible experience

I can't give zero star because there is not option for that. Worst shopping experience. They says delivery within 2 days and then the product will never get delivered. And then they will cancel our product. This happened to me like many times. Hereafter I never shop in Flipkart. Please don't purchase from Flipkart

Order not yet delivered as promised time, don't order anything in Flipkart. That is worst online commerce platform. No customer care support, they will end chat without fully discussed and disconnect the call without proper answering.

⭐ 1 STAR – EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

My experience with Flipkart customer service has been absolutely disappointing.

I purchased a mattress through Flipkart, and I immediately raised a return and refund request.
What followed was weeks of repeated follow-ups, multiple assurances, and promised timelines that were not honoured.

Every time I contacted customer support, I was asked to wait again. Instead of taking ownership of the problem and providing a solution, Flipkart kept pushing the matter forward.

What is even more frustrating is being told that the seller is not responding to Flipkart. That is an internal issue between Flipkart and its seller — the customer should not be made to suffer because of it.

I trusted Flipkart with my purchase, but when there was a genuine problem, the customer support experience was extremely poor.

A company should be judged not only when everything goes right, but by how it treats customers when something goes wrong.

My AC product serial number is Carrier CAI19XD5R36W0 1.5 Ton 5 Star and the link showing and insisting me to buy the AC product serial number is CAI12XD5R36W0
The only difference is 19 & 12 if we buy without seeing this definitely we buy a old product with higher price. Flipkart is doing scam and make customers are in Moronic mindest. Flipkart doing cheating and doing the scam.
I’m posting this review because the average customer shouldn't have to play detective just to make sure they're ordering the exact AC model being advertised.

I purchased bindian shade green net(4nos) on 11 aug 26,but I was not satisfied, so I went to return, it and flipkart delivery person took , all 4 nos, but refund for only, 1 nos, and now the flipkart is telling we have to collect and once again I have to cancel it , how I can do it when there are having my product, this is worst shopping website, so i strongly recommend that please don't purchase any thing from Flipkart

I ordered this product almost 2 months ago and have been waiting patiently for it. However, Flipkart kept rescheduling my delivery again and again without providing any proper solution or clear update.

After making me wait for such a long time, they finally cancelled my order! This is completely unacceptable and extremely frustrating. If the order could not be delivered, why was it repeatedly rescheduled for so long instead of being cancelled earlier?

I wasted almost 2 months waiting for this order, only to have it cancelled at the end. Very poor delivery service and a terrible customer experience. I am extremely disappointed with Flipkart and have lost my trust in their delivery commitments.

Worst experience with Flipkart.
I ordered an item on August 12th, but the delivery kept getting postponed, so I eventually cancelled the order. I then decided to give Flipkart another chance and rebooked the same item. The expected delivery date was August 30th, but it was postponed to September 2nd. Even on September 2nd, the item was not delivered, and there was not even a proper update on the app.
This is extremely frustrating and shows how unreliable the delivery service and order tracking are. The Customer Service says that my order was lost in between and they had no trace of it, that's why they had to postpone the delivery. Very irresponsible and why should they give accurate date when they cannot fulfill it. Customers shouldn't have to keep waiting and guessing when their order will actually arrive.
After this experience, I have completely lost trust in Flipkart and will definitely not order from this app again. One of the worst online shopping experiences I've had.

Now they start delivering products sitting in the cart. That too 2 times. Unfortunately the people at home received it by making payment. And then there are no returns, no customer care executive who can be spoken to.

No words. Delay after delay with logistics, lack of communication with the customer, no resolutions. Always the answer was just wait!!!. How much time I have to wait. Still I didn't get my order. The delivery date was showing 28th August and today is 2nd of September. Everytime I am doing the following up they be like I'll deliver by today and the evening the message will you will get your order by tomorrow. Wowwwwww, they are really, really worst. They don't understand what priority means.

Don't buy from Flipkart. I buy parachute advanced jasmine oil. The bottle is very dirty scratched everywhere. Not only that it's head is sealed. When I remove the seal; oil is leaking; cap is broken badly. It has no return policy. So I complained but they didn't returned it.

They don't even deserve one star. Please buyers Beware!!!!!. Don't buy anything from Flipkart. They scammed me big time. Sent me a defective ACER laptop and are now not ready to refund my money. I paid over Rs. 38k+ for it.

I would like to report a recurring issue with a Flipkart delivery executive named Sakir Ali, who delivers in Ampati, South West Garo Hills (SWGH).

He has repeatedly asked me to pay an additional “kiring charge” for delivering my Flipkart orders. On occasions when I told him that I did not have the additional charge with me, he told me that he would not hand over my product unless I paid it.

Please confirm whether this “kiring charge” is an officially authorized Flipkart delivery fee. If it is not an official charge, I request you to investigate this matter and take appropriate action.

I am concerned because refusing to hand over a prepaid/ordered product unless an additional amount is paid is causing inconvenience to customers.
