Rubbish service- not reliable
On day of delivery of a two months supply before I go on holiday, they send me a message that there is a delay with their suppliers. They had they order for a week!

I would give this a zero
I would give this a zero. I received the package after paying nearly 100
Pounds for contact lenses and someone had opened the package and replaced it with another product. I sent the pictures showing the damaged packaging and had been opened and was still refused a refund or replacement. Their justification was the order was sent however the liability is with them until it reaches me. Absolute worst experience. They don’t have any secure packaging and now expect me to fork out more money. I won’t be ordering here again.

coloured contacts
I ordered coloured contacts as a one off for Halloween but they were unusable - when worn they were blurry and restricted peripheral vision. They were my usual prescription and had ordered this brand of contact (comfi) before with no issues. I emailed customer service asking for a refund as these were a waste of money and unusable - but I’ve been fobbed off.
