Very disappointing experience with the way a product complaint was handled. I reported the issue just one day after delivery: four CODEX capsules had powder leaking out and, given their condition, I did not consider them suitable to take and disposed of them.
What followed was a lengthy exchange of emails. I was initially asked to provide photographs or, “even better”, a video while removing a capsule from the blister. This is hardly practical, since there is no way of knowing in advance which capsule, if any, will show the same problem again. The pharmacy acknowledged that it is impossible to provide photographs retroactively of something that has already occurred. At the same time, however, they made photographic or physical evidence a condition for proceeding with the complaint. When I specifically asked which legal provision required such evidence in order to pursue a claim under the legal guarantee, no specific provision was provided. In the end, despite the problem having been reported only one day after delivery, the pharmacy simply stated that it would not proceed with the complaint without photographs or the four affected capsules. After numerous emails, no constructive solution was offered. I found the approach rigid and not particularly customer-friendly. This resulted in a disproportionately lengthy exchange over four capsules from a single package instead of a simple and reasonable solution.
From an online pharmacy of this apparent size and standing, I would have expected a much more straightforward and solution-oriented approach. Based on this experience, I would not order from them again. Update following the pharmacy's response: The pharmacy was already aware that the four affected capsules had been disposed of and had itself acknowledged in our email correspondence that retrospective photographic documentation is impossible. Its public invitation to provide the photographs “if possible” therefore does not address the issue described in this review. The pharmacy now states for the first time that its “Terms and Conditions” require photographs. During our previous correspondence, despite my explicit request for the basis of this requirement, no such provision was identified. I would therefore appreciate the exact clause being specified. A reference to the Terms and Conditions in general does not identify the provision on which this requirement is said to be based.

The shipping and everything was good. But i ordered an eyeliner and it was dry when i opened it. So i had to threw it away without using it. But the other products were good.
