Promised delivery next day but changed last minute to 5 days later. When courier was contracted the product was still with the supplier. This was a product for a building project so had a big impact. Amazon refunded the cost by way of compensation and then the supplier decided to cancel the product which is still showing as on the way. No concept of customer service do not waste your time purchasing from them.

They canceled my order (if i knew i would deal with them and not amazon i would never order), then told me they processesed refund, which my bank told me didnt arrive and its not on their system..
Customer service response is one sentence nothing explained, 0% effort

Very bad experience. First the item I was buying wasn't mentioned at website as out of stock. I found it after a week of waiting my order. And I found it after I contacted Electroworld via email. They did not move even a finger to inform me about delay in delivery. After they informed me that item is not in stock they disappeared again, and I had to call and insist to cancel my order. The worker of the company said to me via the phone that he doesn't see my order number in the system at all! And then asked me with whom I was in contact by email, who told me that item not in stock? Finally we found the person, and I was frustrated at my maximum. At the end it was confirmed that Electroworld will cancel my order. And from that moment Electroworld workers disappeared again, not answering on email, not responding on my demand to confirm cancellation. I did order via Riverty (afterpay system). One month later there is no information about cancellation of my order, and date is due for me to pay Riverty. So, absolutely terrible service and customer support.
