I do not recommend this insurance company. The service was very poor.

I paid premiums for approximately 15 months and was never informed that there were issues with my application. Only after I submitted a claim did the company start gathering information from my dentist and reviewing my application in detail. The contract was then cancelled retroactively due to alleged inaccuracies.

My biggest concern is that the verification process took about 15 months while premiums continued to be collected. I contacted the company several times during this period, but the issue was not resolved. Based on my experience, the process was not handled in a timely or transparent manner

I was insured with Europa Kfz Versicherung (this same company, same web-site) and another driver hit me, acknowledged his fault, and gave me his insurance.
3 months later Europa Versicherung (my insurance) decided it was common fault and rose my tarif. no witness was there so I got screwed by them. oh, one more thing, they did not send me any notification and were very rude on the telephone with me! one more thing, a private lawyer discovered the document that they decided it was common fault (so also my fault) and it was signed in the same day as my birthday.
