The description of products is not accurate - Deceiving
The picture of the Tropicana protector solar was really bigger than the real size - I did not see the size written on the site!!
The Isdin deodorant was showing a price different than what I saw before ordering! Also there was no description of the ingredients!!

Ignored for 3 weeks already and never got my package
I ordered a package on 1 December and it was supposed to come on 7-10 December but since now, (26 December, more then 3 weeks!) I haven’t received anything. I tried to contact the firm via instagram, Facebook, e-mail, their webform and phone. No one has answered me yet and I tried more then 20 times to contact but I only get automatic replies that lead me to the online web form. But I also filled in the online webform and also not receiving answers. I’m left ignored for more then 3 weeks now ! They don’t care. I will contact my insurance for online fraud.
