We were waiting to move into our house and the delivery of our beds was not for a few days and I emailed and ask if I could have them any quicker and they got back onto me straight away and I had the beds within 2 days! We were so happy we could move into our house quicker.

I am extremely happy with my new DFI bed. The quality of the materials and the overall finish are excellent. From the first night, I noticed a big improvement in comfort and support, especially for my back. The mattress and bed frame feel very sturdy, well made, and provide a great night's sleep.

I only got my mattress delivered this morning and the plastic packaging has not been removed I don’t mind paying extra for a bed with handles as this is what I was looking for in the first place if I could return the mattress and order one with handles I would much appreciate this.

Very Comfy Harmony Ottoman Bed
We had originally ordered the Hope bed which is a divian bed as our 17month old daughter will no longer go to the cott so we had to do something for comfort as we had a double bed and myself and my wife were waking up with bad backs as she would lie horizontal rather then vertical on the bed. so we looked into superking. I measured the room but didn't take into account the measurements to get the bed from the door outside to the top of the stairs as old house renovated. Anthony arrived and we tried all but no luck so he had to bring back to their office and i asked him is there any other solution.
DFI came back and were very helpful on the phone and suggested the Ottoman bed. As i used humm i had to see if they could loan me a little more and thankfully no issue so we agreed to go with the harmony ottoman and within the usual business days the new bed finally came. We got the headboard upstairs thankfully and Paul did the assembly as i booked that with my booking and after all was set up we finally got the bed we needed. Got my first night sleep last night with the new bed and so comfy. Def worth it

The bed frame is fabulous absolutely love it and great quality! I am only docking stars because the delivery driver would only leave it in my hall and wouldnt bring it upstairs. I know you dont do assembley and thats fine but to drop at the door and be told no because he has a hernia ? Very poor. I ordered my matress from a different company and their delivery drivers very kindly brought it up for me.
