Im disappointed as nothing seemed to work as they say. First I ordered my spa and was charged the wrong amount so it had to be corrected manually. Secondly it tok a month to get the delivery that was promised to happen in matters of some days and no one knew where it in the meantime. Thirdly, after one month of use the whole spa just died and didn’t show electricity and after some turns of communication I was promised that a service guy will contact me to come and repair. Now more than 10 days has gone since that and I’m still waiting for a contact
Finally today, been sitting in a phone queue telling me I’m first in line to be answered, now 30 min (14.00 - 14.30)has gone and I realizing that nobody will pick up that Phone…. I regret buying my spa

Sorry but can’t recommend this company

Note: today July 21 another 8 days gone by and still no contact made from the service guy….

We bought our hot tub from Denform May 2025. The people in the shop (in particular Thorbjørn) were super professional, helpful and not pushy at all. They were patient in answering all our questions - also via email after we left the shop. Since then we have loved our spa tremendously! And any time we had a question they were there to answer and help. 10/10. Cannot recommend more highly!!!!

Phenomenal service! Outstanding!
Even if one doesn't need a Spa, I'd recommend buying one from Denform just to enjoy their customer service.
Never have we felt so taken care of as customers and we very safe that we have made an investment for life.

Perfection in it´s entirety, the service, the help and the direct Connection is simply just a delight. I would really just recommend you all to purchase from this Company if you would to purchase a SPA.
