It was very easy. I have ordered a Carcassonne expansion pack and it came in a very big box, carefully wrapped. It took like 3 days for it to arrive to me. Would definitely recommend.

I could find no way to change the language on the website to English, but it was easily solvable with the built-in translator of my browser. Their customer service was very nice and effective.
