Administrative settlement takes too long
Interesting projects and good (not exceptional) interest rates... But it takes _months_ between the payment by the lender and the administrative settlement of the loan (most crowdlending platforms do it in 2-4 weeks). That delays the first payment of interest. The next interests are well paid every month but on an irregular day.

Thank you for your feedback. At Crowdrealestate, interest accrual begins immediately upon the investor’s payment — your investment starts earning interest from the moment your deposit is received.
The first interest payout depends on when the full funding amount is released to the project initiator, not on the date of each individual investor’s deposit. This may cause a delay before the first interest payment is processed.
Subsequent interest payments are made monthly, although the exact payment date may vary depending on the project’s repayment schedule.
