Very disappointing
Changing my review to 1 star as they have non-existent customer service. I have been paying my loan for 5 months now, and cannot create an online account. I have reached out multiple times, and have simply been ignored. So I have no idea what the details of the loan are at the moment. No mail, no email, nothing!
