Absolutely rubbish service and customer service I’m fed up with the non stop problems I’m having with you guys no help what so ever and I’m no happy you have cut my WiFi even though my bill isn’t till the end of the month I strongly warn everyone not to trust you guys and true speed they do not listen and they do not answer the phones when you get in touch with them
Absolute rubbish, tahe far too long to answer the phone, actual service is not fit for purpose. Have had them out 4 times and they still have not solved the issue.
Raised another issue last week and still awaiting contact, as soon as my contract ends iwill be changing.
This is on a business line as well. Awfull.
I will be moving my parents to another provider. In a world that is 24/7 & parents who are vulnerable & may need medical assistance at anytime, I cannot recommend a service who can only provide a call handling centre to take messages for them to process from 9am Monday. Phones are life lines for people.
Just spent 15+ minutes waiting for customer service! Still no reply. Connection to internetrdrops SKY at around 10pm every night requiring a complete reboot of SKY. 'Thank you for continuing to hold, an agent will be with you shortly.' Except they aren't and the weblink to the help page doesnt work either!...Still waiting....Still waiting ...Still waiting.... 25 minutes
No internet / phone use over the weekend for my elderly father.
This dropping of the communications from my dad’s house is fairly regular, but normally only for an hour or two, it has been two days this time.
It is Sunday so no way to contact them to find out the issue or to resolve it!
I would recommend ANY other ISP
County broadband are not cheap and you definitely do not get what you pay for. I hope that they let my dad out of his contract as they are not fulfilling their side of it with ANY broadband available to him.
I have two contracts about to renew but I've tried many times to call County Broadband but despite holding in the queue for anything up to 30 minutes no one from the customer support team has answered my call, if I don't get a response soon I shall be cancelling my two BB accounts and order a couple of Skylink kits and dump fibre altogether. I also am aware that they are about to be taken over by Truespeed maybe this is why they are ignoring their customers who need to contact them.
Poor customer service , had no broadband for nearly a month was promised a refund never received. Broadband is slow and trying to get through to anyone is hard work
Resolved promptly and efficiently by Donna Dixon after a slow start.
When it is running, all is well. When you have to speak to customer services, things quickly fall down.
I was looking to renew my contract and spoke to customer services who told me that they no longer do the 24 month contracts and the two offers available to me were either the same 300 package that I am currently on but for £45.99 per month, or the 600 package for £54. This didn't sound right so logged on and surprise surprise, I was able to renewed our contract on line for £40.99 for a 24 month contract.
Is this Countybroadband's operatives trying to push people onto higher monthly costs to make more commissison by only quoting the higher packages or is it another mistake by customer services...?
try to contact them very poor no one returns your calls service very poor trying to contact them for 4 days
Quick response and completion by Donna Dixon saving us time and confusion.
Donna Dixon was the one person I got to actually speak to on phone and she really did go the extra mile. She listened to me, then gave an explanation, then actioned everything we were talking about.
Overall pretty poor. We frequently get issues with the phone snd the broadband. The help (service team) all too often just seem to be going through the motions and ask you to do the same old things over snd over. Basically telling you to reboot the box. I am pretty sick of it.
No broadband again do the whole evening- no updates since original message saying there was a problem, no replies to emails or phone calls
Service is really poor - I would not recommend
Can’t praise the help and assistance given to me firstly, by Lex and, then, Donna who had looked into the renewal of my contract and had offered suggestions in connection with my future requirements. Such a breath of fresh air to first, be able to discuss my situation with an actual person and secondly, who actually knows what they are talking about and know their subject and job thoroughly without being pushed from pillar to post!
Good job County Broadband, job well done and thanks Lex and Donna for your help and assistance, greatly appreciated!
VERY POOR SERVICE! We bought the top package and they still found it difficult to meet simple tasks. At some points we were getting 0.5mbps (NOT ACCEPTABLE) The first time setup equipment was outdated and overpriced.County broadband seemed to take advantage for anyone living in a rural area with no internet options. Not a good experience and will be voiding them in the future, if we could give less than one star we would,
I called County broadband today and the call was answered by Donna. After less than a minute or so the conversation ended when the line went dead. That was really frustrating because I’d waited to be connected as well and would have to queue again. I have to say, I said to myself, let’s see how good Donna is, let’s see if she calls me back. After about a minute, my mobile phone rang, it was Donna!! I really couldn’t believe it! Good Customer Services are rare these days, Donna went the extra mile, and beyond! Donna managed my inquiry fantastically, couldn’t have asked for better customer service, thank you Donna! Viv.
Hands down the worst internet provider I have ever had. We had to get our fibre originally through them because of where I live. The WiFi signal never worked you could sit directly in front of the router and still poor. Spoke to someone after a month and they said you have to buy signal boosters. So I cancelled near the end of my contract to go with another provider and as I'm still paid for the month would have thought I'd get internet for the month but they cut me off! So no TV and a very upset daughter as she couldn't play or watch TV . Stay away if you can
Company called unprompted to explain my fixed term broadband contract was due for renewal. I was offered a new contract at a reduced rate which was confirmed by email later the same day.
My service for the past year has been ok until i went to renew my contract. I was paying £28.99 for a year and i expected this to increase by 10%. The offer they gave me was to have a slower speed for £37.99 or a slightly faster speed for £43.99, WOW! Talk about inflation! So a year ago they drilled holes into my house, attached a cable to the outside of my house and now they want to massively inflate my payment. I would therefore NOT recommend this company.
