I have used it for the first time the day I received it and was very impressed by it was easy to use

The goods supplied were not as advertised. A promised phone call to resolve the issue has not happened.

The process of ordering to delivering was very easy and seamless so cant talk about any faults as there wasn't any in this instance.

Mower won’t start.

Took a month to arrive

The chainsaw bar mount was screwed on back to front. This meant it was impossible to mount to the saw. There were no instructions with any level of detail included but a quick web search resulted in a video showing how to assemble it correctly. IT was then apparent it had been partially assembled wrong at the factory. I have plenty of other Cobra stuff which is fine for budget/light work.

Excellent hedge cutter, economical with the battery. It was well packaged, with good instructions, and delivered promptly.

Excellent delivery time,easy to assemble, powerful strimmer and hedge cutter,only 1 small niggle the strimmer cord was to thin and broke inside the head,used a thicker cord and worked a treat,and recommend to anyone with a larger garden,

Before purchasing a Cobra Fortis 14e watched many reviews and spoken to Cobra Customer Service on a couple of queries. They were very helpful.
Really pleased with my purchase and excellent build quality and love the ego twin battery power unit.
I now have installed the grooved front roller and rake and have to go with the 10 blade reel.

I purchased a LT86HRL ride in mower direct from Cobra in April at the start of the 2026 growning season. The machine was cheaper than my local dealer offered and came with free delivery. I have been delighted with this quiet, comfortable lawn tractor. It's been far superior in so many ways than the much more expensive John Deere X300 that had previously owned and used from new. The Cobra is so much smoother, more comfortable, great features like arm rests and grab handles, also it's easy to adjust cut height and the simple one press reverse switch when cutting blades engaged is a delight. Except, I would have preferred it on the righthand side swopping it with the headlight switch. Overall it is a really good machine that cuts very well and very enjoyable to use.
