Was charging in Belgium first time didnt work then when I came back again.Charged again I think for 8 euro.They charged 2 times 15 euro is 30 total.

Chargepoint experience was appalling
Chargepoint experience was appalling. The charger was not able to scan card so had to download the app. The app was a scam and following a call to Chargepoint about this problem to prevent others from losing money was underwhelmed with the level of support. Chargepoint need to get their house in order and nip problems in the bud. Also the phone line I spoke to a chargepoint representative on kept cutting out so it was difficult to get my point across. However, any reassurance or support was not forthcoming.Dreadful experience all round. AVOID this company.
