Whilst I know that it is expensive I fell for the need for a taste of home- badly packaged so half the goods are not useable and their “ customer success “ rather than customer support team have still not got back to me.

Items ordered were sent on time and were exactly what was ordered but overseas shipping was not good -held up by USA custom's for nearly ten days,

My wife is from England and any time I order from you she is soooo excited when the box shows up! You should think about doing a subscription. Like a box every 90 days. Let's customers pick some and then surprise us with some other stuff.

I am so disappointed in this place! I have purchased a few times and had an issue which did take awhile to resolve, but they did "resolve" it so I had given them another chance. Well I placed an order 6 days ago with no update or anything. It says 1 to 3 working days so I reached out hoping to have them ship my order or cancel it. Well 2 emails later and no response! My order still hasn't shipped! I could have ordered from Amazon and while it may have taken a few days later it was much much cheaper and at this rate as long as this has taken I could have maybe gotten it quicker and cheaper! Extremely disappointed at this point!

British Corner Shop offer a really wide range of products not always easily obtainable elsewhere. Their website is extremely easy to navigate and place Orders, and any Order I have placed has been delivered very well packaged, within an amazingly short time.

I found what I wanted - things not available in the U. S. - and it arrived in a reasonable amount of time.

As stated on your website despatches normally take place within 1 to 3 days. In my case the parcel was reported as being packed and ready for shipment 14 days before it was despatched.

I emailed your customer services about this (twice) and expected a reply within the 48 hours also stated on your website. I eventually received an email from yourselves that a) didn't offer any explanation as to the delay in despatching the parcel and b) didn't even apologise for said delay.

When the parcel eventually arrived I found that one of the boxes of Yorkshire Tea had what appeared to be a knife cut on its underside. As the cardboard packaging had no marks or tears I can only surmise that the Yorkshire Tea box in question was packed in this damaged condition.

All in all your quality control procedures and customer service attention were woeful on this occasion and need to be greatly improved if you wish to retain my business.
