Unfortunately my delivery came damaged (most likely happened in transit), however the customer service team at Zatu handled the situation incredibly, sorting it out for me quickly and kindly with very fast responses via email!

I think this is a very good company to buy things from. I have not had a negative experience with them yet; in the three times I have used them! The price is phenomenal; they seem to be one of the cheapest options around. My only gripe is that the filter menu, when looking for a product on the website, could be more concise.

I contacted Zatu before purchasing an accessory because their published returns policy appeared to restrict statutory cancellation rights.

I specifically asked whether opening the packaging of an ordinary accessory such as a binder would automatically remove the 14-day cancellation right. Zatu confirmed to me in writing that opening a product or removing its seal means they will not accept an unwanted return, including where the product has simply been opened for inspection.

I explained that this appeared inconsistent with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which allow consumers to handle goods as necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, and I specifically asked Zatu to explain the legal basis for its position and how it considered the policy compatible with Regulation 34. They did answer my question, but rather than explaining how they believe this position is compatible with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, they reiterated that opened or unsealed products will not be accepted for return because they can no longer be resold at their original value.

I therefore decided not to purchase from Zatu. Based on the position they have confirmed to me, I would recommend that other customers, particularly those buying ordinary accessories that need to be opened to inspect them, carefully consider the returns policy before purchasing.

Ordered something that took 3 months to arrive! It only magically got posted when I emailed and complained. When it arrived it was cheap version and missed part of the product.

The returns team were extremely unhelpful. Did not offer anything adequate for having lied about what they were selling and huge delivery times. I am so disappointed in this company.

I wrote a pretty harsh review about ZATU a few years ago, regarding their Mystery Boxes - and I will still never get one of them.

However - for actual board games, they are now my number one site to order from.

Games arrive within a good time, they arrive in great condition and I have spent hundreds of pounds on them over many orders and not had a single issue whatsoever.

Thank you Zatu Games for bleeding my bank account dry!

I had ordered a bunch of games from them. They delivered a battered box, which had damaged games in it & then expected me to repack & return it to them. When I told them that its not a very feasible idea as I would have to ship around 10 damaged games for which I had paid customs for, they offer 5% discount on the games. They need pack & just in general do better..

Delivered when stated, in careful packaging. Game was in perfect condition upon arrival. No faults

Zazu games openly lies about prerelease dates on their website. I ordered Daggerheart from them, rleease date 25th Aug. When there was no dispatch notification the day before, I rang them to check, and was told their supplier doesnt get stock until September.

September is Darrington Press's release date for wave 2 of orders, which is earmarked for suppliers. Zatu could never have gotten copies out on prerelease date.

Yeah so I recently grabbed a bunch of Warhammer 40k models and painting bits from Zatu and honestly I’m pretty chuffed with the whole experience. Prices were properly competitive. I managed to get everything cheaper than the usual places without feeling like I was compromising on quality. Delivery was dead prompt too, turned up nice and quick which is always a bonus when you’re itching to get stuck into building and painting the latest edition models.
Selection-wise they’ve got a solid range of stuff for hobbyists, from the models themselves through to paints, brushes and all the extras. Easy to find what I needed and didn’t have to dig around forever. Will definitely be ordering from them again.

Zatu games makes it easy to be a board game lover. Their pricing is consistently fantastic so you don't have to shop around. Their customer service is personal and agents go above and beyond to make your day.

Awful terrible company. Said they delivered my parcel but was nothing on the doorbell camera and now refusing to accept responsibility. Stay well away.

My last 4 orders with them have all been atrocious. The items themselves are ok, its the company itself. I pre-ordered a few items and purchased stuff already in stock, some were on a 48hr some 24hr yet they dont arrive within the time frame. spoke to them about an order i had placed for release on the 14th which didnt get dispatched until 19th then delivered the next day, while talking i spoke about my preorder for 21st and getting by 22nd and was told that this would happen as the stuff had arrived and was being sorted, guess what its the 22nd and it isnt arriving today as it hasnt been dispatched. I ordered a few items back in july on next day and didnt receive those for 4 days. These situations arent just me as several members of our gaming club have had the same issues as well where 1 guys items didnt even turn up and got sent back. This is not good business from a company and i will be taking my business elsewhere after the item finally arrives.

I did not receive my order yet. It was supposed to arrive 5 days ago.
I hope I will soon, the shipping fwe was substantial...

Ordered product from New Zealand. Wasn't sure at first. Pleasantly surprised. Received all items as described. No extra charges. Only $20 shipping. Received goods only a week after ordering. Very satisfied. Thanks.

Lovely singles and binder. Packaging was good.

Easy website to use and quick delivery in couple of days. Kept in loop about delivery and was given as a gift, they really appreciated the pokeman cards.

Only negative, would have been great to of been able to send as a gift and send a message with delivery but otherwise great service.
