Ordered several items in the beginning of April, now 2 months later I still have not received the items. I keep receiving emails saying that they don't have my item in stock but will have them in stock by 7 days, and every week i receive this mail again. I would not trust this site, seems like a scam website.

Very fast delivery, well protected and wrapped items and the cheapest price i could find online!
All in all; I will definitely do my shopping in this shop again! I found a bunch of interesting items in theire shop 👍

Got a defective item. Wrote back to support, followed up by emails. Didn't get any positive response. Got standard reply that we are looking into it. Waited one week and signed up for return formula on their website. Got a return label on email. Sent it back using the label. Got partial refund only ☹️

I received Some of the glass from my order broken,I have contacted customer service right away.
They demanded pictures from every single thing in the order,which is fine I guess,but after sending them all of the things I never heard of them again.

Basically Barlife is a decent service if everything is Ok, but as soon as there is a problem it turning into nightmare,so I will not risk my money again.

I forgot some things in my order and called them up to ask for assistance. The guy in the phone spoke perfect English and cancelled my order directly so I could place a new order straight afterward.

When the huge order arrived, we missed/had some broken shot glasses (which is expected which such a large batch). I contacted them, and they again provided great service and sent me new glasses that arrived within a few days.

Now that I know that Barlife is a trustworthy company that goes to great lengths to help their customers, I'll definitely order from here again for our company supplies!
