The most friendly and efficient compamy you could ever ask for. Harrison, Jack,Luke and Kyle were all professional and informative. Harrison was my main contact and he kept me informed on each step of the process. But it didn't matter who you spoke with the were all prepared to stop for a moment to explain what was happening. The job proceeded smoothly and effectively my home got the lift and stabilisation l was quote. I couldn't be happier. Thank you.

Our experience with Buildfix regarding a recent subsidence job was excellent. Jordan and Quintin’s work was top class. They kept us informed of the work they were doing throughout the day and happily answered our questions. Mark, the engineer who carried out the assessment and developed the treatment plan, was very professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the situation clearly and walked me through the recommended solution, which gave me a lot of confidence.

It’s always difficult to fix a household sink, so I’m glad I asked Buildfix to solve the problem for me.
Their effective communication and excellent customer service made the entire process easy and smooth. Chris, the structural engineer, initially came to inspect the issue, which eased our concerns. He proposed a reasonable solution and quote and patiently answered all my questions.
Lucas, the plumber, then came to mark out the pipes and also suggested a solution to address the groundwater drainage issue. Joe and Jamie did an excellent job completing the work efficiently and professionally, and the site was left tidy after the job.
I would especially like to thank Joe. After the work was completed, I noticed a small issue and texted him on Saturday evening. He responded immediately and assured me he would return on the next business day, which he did, and the problem was resolved promptly.
I am more than happy with the outcome. The fix gives me peace of mind, especially with Buildfix’s 20-year warranty. I would definitely recommend Buildfix to anyone who needs help with structural issues in their home.

The repair work to the cracks in our exterior walls has been tremendous. George & Kyle made the process very easy. They provided constant communication throughout the entire repair; they are both professional, polite & well skilled at the job.

Buildfix provided very professional services throughout our entire subsidence repair and wall crack repair process, and we are very happy with the overall experience.

Chris was excellent during the quoting and onsite inspection stage. He was very patient, detailed and professional, and always took the time to answer our questions carefully, which gave us confidence throughout the process.

Jack’s team completed the subsidence repair works professionally and efficiently, while George’s team did a great job with the wall crack repairs afterwards. Both teams were hardworking, careful and respectful onsite. The site protection was done very well, the workmanship was detailed and professional, and the teams always patiently explained things whenever we had questions. They also kept the site very clean and tidy throughout the works and after completion.

What impressed us most was the after-service support. Even after the works were completed, Buildfix responded very quickly when we reported a drainage overflow issue. Lucas attended the property promptly, carefully investigated the problem, identified the blockage and helped resolve it efficiently, even though the issue was ultimately unrelated to the repair works.

Lucas was professional, patient and extremely helpful throughout the process. We really appreciate the excellent customer service and support from Chris, Lucas, Jack’s team, George’s team and the entire Buildfix team.

Overall, the whole process was smooth and pleasant. Highly recommended.
