Very nice drivers travelling in sweltering conditions provided excellent service delivering from London to Paris. All boxes and furniture arrived in perfect condition and were brought upstairs carefully so as not to damage anything.

Good communication before arrival also helped me to schedule my day around the delivery.

Excellent professional staff. There were some difficulties moving in but the guys dealt with things really well. From Paul's professional estimate to Nicola's co-ordination the whole experience was excellent. Don't use man and van outfits, use Abels.

Quick, very helpful response to my need for a grandfather clock to be moved within 48 hours. Luke was very knowledgeable about clocks, took it apart and reassembled it very carefully with no damage and was most helpful in assisting either fixing it to the wall.

We wanted to move furniture and household boxes from Italy to Uk. The service in Italy and Uk was brilliant, the furniture was exceptionally well packed and everything arrived in perfect condition. I paid for the packing service and I was very happy with the way the packing was done, all items moved were really well protected.

The people at Abels were extremely helpful with everything from online communication to on-site assistance to shipping and delivery. They offered friendly service from start to finish.

Abel's staff were fantastic throughout the process. responsive, friendly and so helpful they made what would usually be a very stressful process feel easy. 0 issues at customs as the brokers at Abel's sorted everything really well and were quick to inform me of additional required paperwork and assisted me well when I wasn't sure what to provide. Delivery arrived promptly and I didn't have to lift a finger. Both office and delivery staff are really friendly helpful and patient.
There was some damage to a piece of furniture and Abel's responded very quickly with necessary paperwork and assistance to make an insurance claim (cannot comment on insurance process at this time but so far very easy).

Care of our property both in the moving and storage. Exceptional help in re-assembling large items like clocks and in particular a big display cabinet. Negotiating a difficult entrance. In short, a happy and helpful team.
