I drove from Stockholm Sweden to Copenhagen with wife and kid, my car started making noise at the end of the trip, when arriving at hotel parking. Soon after the car battery got drained and i started loosing features like power steering. It would charge the battery some if i kept the engine at 3000 rpm. I called them right away, and they could slot me in the next day. The next day i drive to their facility, hitting every red light, and loosing power steering and lights turning on ever time. Every red light, put car in park and rev at 3000 rpm to keep the battery a little charged. I barely made it, outside of their doors the power steering stopped working and the car stopps charging even when revving, i had huge luck making it there.
They replaced the alternator the same day, within 3 hours and we got on our way.
These guys are professional, fast and very polite. I recommend them highly.
If you are reading this, thanks again for your help. We are back in Stockholm and the car is working great.
