I ordered boots on sale, once I received boots I saw they were clearly used. Likely why they were on sale.
I returned them due to them being in a bad state. I then got an email that they rejected my return due to them being used, and will ship them back to me.
I should not be forced to keep boots sent to me in poor state.
I now see from other reviews, that this has happened to more people.
I have put in a dispute and I am waiting on the outcome.

I bought a pair of new shoes but received a pair of heavily worn shoes. This is extremely disappointing. I will never buy from Omoda again.

Order there so many years.
Now not possible because I returnd to much! no warning, just a block when I tried to order.
I think I buy around 15/20 pairs of shoes in 5/6 years for myself and family at this shop!!

I wish I read reviews before buying online. I ordered shoes as a birthday gift for someone and online it states ‘next day delivery’ only to wait almost 10 days for my order (which never arrived) I contacted them via their online help service and email multiple times and no one ever bothered to get back to me, only to email saying that their delivery partner has lost my package and therefore is cancelled. No further apology or a gift voucher as an apology for the inconvenience, which also would’ve been nice. I wouldn’t suggest ordering from this business. Unreliable delivery partner & poor customer service.

Hello, I ordered shoes yesterday, they arrived and it turned out that one shoe had been worn and in addition there were no tags on the shoes. The shoes turned out to be too big anyway. But I reported a return and wrote to you on washapp yesterday immediately after I saw the shoes and I still have no answer. You should not send such bots. It was the first time I ordered from your store, but I probably won't order again after such a situation.

I'm really happy with my recent experience with Omoda. They had the coat I was looking for in the right size and it was even with a discount.
It was delivered the next day, which surprised me as it must have been really busy so near to Christmas.
What is really great is that they give you the choice before ordering with which courier you want your package delivered: either PostNL or DHL. That's a service more retailers should offer. All in all a very good experience. Go Omoda!

NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!

I placed an order of €1000, I was billed for shipping costs 6.95€. A dress was sent to me in the wrong size and I will have to return it at my own expense of €6.95 even though it is their fault. So I'm paying the shipping and return costs.
I contacted Omoda via WhatsApp (it says on their website that they respond within 4 hours) but I never got a response.
And I'm going to have to buy the dress again hoping that they send the right size this time, but paying €6.95 again for shipping costs?! So that’s €20.85 in shipping/return costs for me?!
Customer service is far from perfect, and let's not talk about after-sales service. I will continue to buy from Smal**ble from now on!

I have bought a jacket from Omoda as I fell in love with the color but the jacket arrived with loose buttons and pilling on the fabric. It was looking very old already. Despite the color I have decoded to return it within 30 days however Omoda did not accept my return and blaimed me that I wore the jacket. It is NOT true!! This is simply not acceptable to blaimed the client because of a bad quality product they are selling.

First time omoda customer...

Ordered a pair of shoes, chose for a specific delivery time, with a specific parcel service (DHL) and paid. Afterwards the delivery method and time were not taken into account, leading to a lost parcel. Only after 3 days the shoes out to be delivered somewhere else.

Feels like a scam: paying for a delivery method that is not granted. No more omoda for me.

2 days and the Nikes are in hand, very satisfied.See again.

Omoda has a wide range of footwear, excellent brands and options for choice. The service online and instore is excellent and it is a pleasure to shop with Omoda. Clothing and accessories from Omoda give choice for fashionable outfits for everyone.

They received my return but didn’t send me a money for return. No confirmation, just two months ignore

Their website states the clothes would be delivered in store on Monday - making a big claim about next day delivery. I eventually went to the store end of day Monday, but there was no sign of it. 3 days passed without any info, and their website still saying it was due Monday (in the past!).

Eventually I had to cancel over the phone - wasting 30 minutes in the process, mainly being on hold with an annoying ringing noise.

Overall - really poor experience, I will avoid in future.

Punctuality with a capital P.

The delivery was very fast and appreciatie it. It was before our vacation wauw. The shoes are great. Very happy with this order.
