I am sharing my experience with nSave to warn potential customers about the serious difficulties I have faced accessing my own money.
On August 25, 2026, a payment of €1,601.52 was made through Shopify Payments / Stripe. My nSave account subsequently became restricted, and I have been unable to access my funds for an extended period.
As of November 5, 2026, my account still displays "Your account is currently under review."
I understand that financial institutions must perform security and compliance checks. However, what I find unacceptable is the prolonged uncertainty, lack of transparency, and absence of a clear resolution.
In September, nSave's support team informed me that the review would normally take a few weeks but could last up to 30 days. They also explained that if my account could not be reactivated, my remaining funds might be returned to the original bank account.
Unfortunately, I am still waiting.
I contacted support repeatedly on September 29 and throughout October, including October 4, 6, 18, and 21. Initially, representatives responded quickly. Later, despite my repeated requests for assistance, I stopped receiving meaningful updates.
This situation has caused me considerable financial stress. I worked hard to earn this money through my online business, and being unable to access it without a clear resolution has been extremely frustrating.
I have screenshots of my restricted account, previous support conversations, and the explanations provided by nSave representatives.
I am asking nSave to:
1. Complete the review and provide a clear written decision.
2. Explain whether any additional verification is required.
3. Restore access to my funds or arrange a lawful transfer of my remaining balance if the account cannot be reopened.
4. Provide a realistic timeframe instead of leaving me waiting indefinitely.
I have also escalated my concerns through formal complaint channels.
I am not asking nSave to bypass financial regulations. I am asking for fair treatment, proper communication, and a reasonable resolution.
My advice to anyone considering nSave is to carefully evaluate the possibility of account restrictions and the support available when something goes wrong.
I will update this review if nSave resolves my case.
Until then, based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this service.
Experience: The customer service team is completely clueless and unhelpful.
Constant Lying: They lie around the clock to cover up their own platform's errors.
Gaslighting Users: When their stablecoin was provably down, support refused to acknowledge the system failure. Instead, they claimed everything was 'running smoothly' and tried to pin their technical issues on me.
They’ve had my €29,000 for six months and I’m sick of being messed around. My bank chased them, recalled the transfer and Nsave still did nothing. They confirmed they have my money but keep feeding me AI-generated excuses. No money, no refund reference. Absolutely disgraceful.
If I had put all that money into my account on CVE CAPITAL CORP within that period, I would be much more closer to my objectives by now.
Service sometimes take a time then usual . But is getting better . I had i bad experience at the beginning but the team fix the issues .
It's a nice company. I always withdraw USDT to my country Bangladesh. I receive my payment within one minute. Thanks to Nsave.
This was my 6th consecutive transaction with NSave over the past two and half months, and every transaction has been completed successfully and on time without any waiting, delays, or unnecessary queries.
I’ve consistently received excellent USD/EUR to PKR conversion rates, and I even received a $10 reward from NSave on my latest transaction today.
Based on my experience, I highly recommend NSave to my fellow freelancers, friends, and anyone looking for a reliable platform for international transactions.
Thank you very much, NSave, for the great service!

I have a much better experience using it in place of payoneer but the point is that, shall they be able to maintain their standard in upcoming days? Their support is awesome.
One of the best costumer support I have ever dealt with. Very quick to answer and solve problems
Nsave is great I am using from last 6 months they are the best
It's encouraging and straightforward on how they respond to queries, the amount deposited reflected in the transaction history but didn't reflect on the balance. When I reached out to them, it was resolved in less than 24hrs.

My experience with nSave has been extremely disappointing. After using the service and researching customer reviews on Trustpilot, Google Play, and Facebook, I have serious concerns about its reliability, transparency, and customer support, especially for users in Bangladesh.
Here are my main concerns:
1. Serious concerns about large transactions
I have seen numerous complaints from Bangladeshi users reporting that transfers worth hundreds or thousands of dollars, including amounts between $500 and $3,000, have been delayed or stuck. These reports raise serious concerns about whether nSave is reliable enough for large transactions. I strongly advise people to exercise extreme caution before transferring significant amounts of money through this platform.
2. ACH deposits reportedly getting stuck
Many users have complained that their ACH deposits were not credited, with reported waiting times ranging from seven days to several months. Some also describe difficulties getting meaningful assistance from customer support. Having your money stuck without clear communication or a timely resolution is unacceptable for a financial service.
3. Concerns about USDC deposits through Solana
I saw a complaint from someone I know who deposited $55 in USDC through the Solana network but did not receive the funds. According to their account, nSave responded that Solana was not available in Bangladesh. If a particular network is unsupported in a country, this limitation should be clearly communicated before users make deposits. Customers should not have to discover such restrictions after their money has already been sent.
4. Extremely poor customer support
Customer support is one of my biggest concerns. Many Trustpilot reviewers complain about the AI assistant, the difficulty of reaching a human agent, and the lack of meaningful replies through the chat system. I experienced similar difficulties myself. When money is involved, customers need accessible human support, clear answers, and timely resolutions, not an unhelpful chatbot and unanswered messages.
5. Sudden changes in withdrawal thresholds and fees
I was particularly disappointed by the sudden changes in withdrawal requirements and fees. Just two days earlier, the minimum withdrawal amount to avoid a fee was reportedly $131. Then it suddenly increased to $251. The fee also increased from $0.60 to $1.60, adding another dollar in charges.
These are significant changes that can affect customers' financial decisions. Such changes should be communicated transparently, with clear explanations of the applicable fees and withdrawal limits. Customers should not have to keep guessing how much they need to withdraw to avoid charges.
6. My delayed transfer and missing 2.5% remittance incentive
My own transfer was eventually credited to my bank account, but only after a significant delay. Although I eventually received my money, I did not receive the promised 2.5% remittance incentive.
Getting my money back does not erase the delay or resolve the missing incentive. I believe customers deserve a clear explanation of why transfers are delayed and why promised benefits are not delivered.
I also have concerns about how these transfers are processed and whether they qualify for Bangladesh's official remittance incentives. I cannot independently verify the underlying transfer routes or their regulatory compliance, so I believe nSave should provide clearer information about its transfer process and eligibility requirements.
7. Delayed investment price information
In my observation, stock prices displayed in the investment section appeared to be delayed by approximately 10–20 minutes. If prices are delayed, this should be clearly disclosed so customers can make informed investment decisions.
8. Poor app interface and limited features
The app feels unnecessarily limited for a financial platform. For example, I could not find a convenient way to review the complete bank account details associated with a completed transaction, including whether the selected account type was savings or checking. Better transaction records and clearer banking information should be basic features.
9. Reports of unexpected $1 charges
I have also seen Facebook complaints from users who claim that nSave deducted $1 unexpectedly. I cannot verify the reasons for these deductions, but unexplained charges can undermine customers' confidence in a financial service.
Final Verdict: Based on my experience and other users' complaints, I have lost trust in nSave. I cannot recommend it. Research carefully, verify fees and policies, and avoid transferring large amounts until your concerns are resolved.

Very bad experience with Nsave
I am really disappointed with Nsave. I have already been using this account and the payment was received and sent to the same recipient before without any issue.
Now after a long time, when I want to withdraw my money which i left in my account, they are asking me for more and more information. First they asked for my old PayPal statement. Now they are asking about my relationship with the recipient, purpose of the payment, his ID, and even family documents. Even ky Nsave account is already fully verified.
This is an already running account and the same recipient has already received money before. Why are all these questions coming now after so much time?
I understand compliance checks are important, but this is becoming too much. I trusted Nsave and kept my money there, but now I am facing problems when I simply want to access my own money.
Very frustrating experience. I hope Nsave improves this process because this is not how a customer should be treated after trusting the service with their money.

🚨Extremely frustrating experience — $5,000 still not returned
I have been an Nsave customer, but my recent experience has seriously damaged my confidence in the platform.
On September 11, 2026, I received a USD 5,000 payment into my Nsave account. Nsave placed the payment under review and requested verification documentation. I cooperated fully and provided the information requested. Despite this, the payment was ultimately not approved.
On September 14, Nsave confirmed in writing that the transfer had been cancelled and that the funds would be returned to the sender within a maximum of 14 business days.
That deadline has now passed by a significant margin, yet the sender still has not received the USD 5,000.
What has been even more frustrating is the way Nsave has handled the situation. I have contacted customer support repeatedly, and my case has supposedly been “escalated” multiple times. However, these escalations have resulted in little more than repeated requests to wait and generic responses. There has been no clear explanation of where the money actually is, when the refund was processed, or why the sender has still not received it.
I have repeatedly asked Nsave for basic and reasonable transaction evidence: the exact refund date, the destination of the funds, the refund/trace reference, and any other information that would allow the sender’s bank to trace the payment. Despite numerous requests, I have still not received proper documentation confirming where and when the $5,000 was actually returned.
This has caused significant frustration, inconvenience, and unnecessary financial uncertainty. I have spent weeks chasing support for information that should have been provided proactively once Nsave cancelled the payment and confirmed that a refund would be issued.
For me, the biggest concern is not simply the delay. It is the lack of transparency and accountability throughout the process. When a financial platform is holding or returning a substantial amount of money, customers should not have to repeatedly chase support, escalate the same issue over and over, and still be unable to obtain basic proof of what happened to their funds.
I have now issued Nsave a formal final demand for the return of the funds. If this remains unresolved, I intend to escalate the matter through the appropriate UK consumer-protection and regulatory channels, pursue any other available legal remedies, and raise the matter with JPMorgan Chase, where applicable, regarding the banking arrangements associated with Nsave’s US ACH account.
I am posting this review so prospective customers can understand what my actual experience has been. I believe customers should be aware of how difficult it can become to obtain clear answers and documentation when a significant transaction is cancelled and the refund does not arrive as promised.
I will update this review if and when Nsave returns the full USD 5,000 and provides proper documentation confirming the refund.
The payment has refunded to sender after almost 1.5 months and frankly, there were zero customer support from Nsave team.
So, based on my experience, I would strongly advise customers to exercise extreme caution when using Nsave for substantial funds.
