Having used NYFifth in the past, I was not prepared for the length of time each phase of the process took this time around. I had to continually email to check on the order to make sure it was moving through the process. It seemed like it was at least double the time just to get through the preproduction phase. Then once that was completed, the actual processing of my order seemed like it also took double or even triple the length of time to get the order ready to ship.

Been meaning to write this review since my order arrived. Worth taking the time. The quality exceeded what I expected at this price point. Delivery took a day or two longer than expected, though the product was worth the wait. On balance, a good experience. Would recommend.

Extremely rude, unprofessional, and incompetent manager. Initial service rep was nice, but we approached them in good faith and asked them to help us work with our budget as a student org. He said that they couldn’t really adjust the pricing, so I asked if him could help us find an alternative product. He was immediately standoffish and rude, told me to go look myself, and ended up just hanging up the call when I tried to escalate to a higher manager. I wouldn’t work with them if you value being treated with respect.

A good price on quality shirts with fast shipping.

They worked with me to ensure, the bags were delivered in a timely manner to be embroidered for an event. Many thanks- the bags made it despite the winter snowstorm!

Excellent Service and Quality. I had a very short window to receive a custom embroidered clothing item. NY Fifth was able to quote and help me through the ordering process. As if that wasn't enough, they shipped earlier than expected so i received my custom embroidered order earlier than expected. Their outstanding service and high quality made me the office hero in the C Suite!

Screwed me. I needed hats made by a certain date and put in my design and they responded with the wrong color so I put in another request for the correct color and it said I would get a response in a couple of business days but never got a response. Contacted customer service and no reply. Now it’s too late to order from another company because it’s too close to the date I need them by. So unprofessional I have to assume most of these reviews are fake.

Package was shipped out and delivered on time, contents were packaged safely, great prices and availability

I was thrilled to find the exact bag I had been looking for! I was disappointed that the color I truly wanted wasn’t available, but I was able to get the style that I love! Shipping was FAST!!
