Really disappointing delivery service.

I was given a specific day for my item to be delivered, only to receive a text at 6am this morning telling me it would be delivered TODAY — three days earlier than the date I was given.

There is no delivery time or even a delivery window provided, and no number to call. I tried calling the delivery company, but of course they don’t open until 8am.

I travel for work, so what exactly am I supposed to do? Put my entire day on hold and wait around indefinitely for an item that wasn’t even supposed to arrive for another three days?

To make matters worse, I’ve now discovered that delivery to apartment buildings is only to the lobby. So how am I supposed to arrange for someone to help me get the item into the lift and up to my apartment when I’m given absolutely no idea what time it will arrive?

If you give customers a delivery date, they should be able to rely on it — or at the very least be given reasonable notice if it changes.

Really poor communication and an incredibly inconvenient delivery process.

Do better.

Bought the Devon ball feet buffet and Noosa rattan desk from Mocka, both pieces looked really good and added character to the rooms. Hired an airtasker to assemble both. Mocka had fast delivery and a good sale, good customer service

Great little cabinet. Easy to put together. Looks good in my entry and there are no more shoes lying around. 😊

We purchased the Ollie change table, delivery was smooth and as estimated. Assembly was well instructed and completed in about 2 and half hours on my own. The finished product is outstanding quality!

So far we have bought two cots from Mocka - one for each of our daughters when they started their families. I have assembled both cots and found them to be well made, easy to assemble with well-written instructions.

The cots both look terrific in their nurseries. One is already being used, and the other is waiting the arrival of the baby. Very happy with these purchases.

Delivery was fast. We got the Osaka Buffet and it looks very nice, but be aware it is totally painful to assemble. Specially the doors, they just don’t align and you have to play with it a million times. We gave up trying to have them perfectly, so they don’t look 100%. For the price I’d say it is alright, just don’t expect it to be the highest quality.

I absolutely adore the doll house bedside table, and so does my little girl. It’s solid and made from great materials that will last a very long time.

Easy to order online and the products were exactly as described.
I am happy with my new tv unit and coffee table, which were relatively easy to assemble.
Plus I like the quality better than most online furniture retailers.

Quick shipping and exactly the same as the picture

This was a nightmare to assemble. Using the pre-drilled holes resulted in the drawers misaligning and being unusable. I was fortunate to have a skilled person to overcome the manufacturing flaws.

Great customer service and the delivery drivers are amazing! They are very accomodating and helpful.

So impressed with the quality of the Theo rotating bookshelf. So solid, so easily put together and is incredibly stylish. It’s perfect in my little boys room at the moment but is also modern enough to use in the future in an office reading corner. Excellent service and communication, delivery was quick. Super fast delivery, within a couple of days for a regional area. The product is good quality, the instructions just could have been a little bit more detailed but we were able to use the chat function on the website to assist us. Overall a good experience.

Easy to put together. Mattress came rolled up and once un-packaged it inflated.

The high chair is great, easy to clean and is comfortable for my baby, postage was greatly priced and fast, overall very happy with mockas service and will definitely purchase from here again
