Been a long term customer of this company. But unfortunately the price keeps going up (like way up!) and the quality keeps going down and down. So disappointing as I really did love these extensions at one point.

Initially contacted milk and blush…
Initially contacted milk and blush about the quality of the hair on the tape wefts, within 2 weeks it felt dry and tangled with a few split ends. To be fair I got a really quick response with Instructions on how to reset the hair, which worked and I trimmed the ends. My frustration has come with the removal, the tape comes away from the weft, not away from your natural hair, leaving it firmly attached to your natural hair and very near impossible to remove the tape goes crispy and slippy so trying to grip it to pull the pieces of tape apart is impossible to do without ripping out your natural hair. I use the single tape method using their own tape rolls, It is probably the worst tape I have used. Update I did contact m&b and I was asked to provide details and photos which I did already send awaiting a response.

amazing Shade match and great quality
Jess from customer care team has helped me immediately with shade matching and answering all my question. Order arrived way faster than anticipated too, was shipped out immediately. I am also super happy with the quality of the heir and the recommended shade is a PERFECT match :) Even tho I had my doubts and was leaning towards another one, they really know their shades well if you send a few pictures.
Definitely recommend !

I got it slightly wrong and had to send back. The process was easy to do and nothing was too much trouble, answered all my questions and really helpful service. Within few days It was all sorted. Extremely happy with the extensions. Highly recommend.
