Exelent service delivering my vintage motorcycle
Daniel was very efficient delivering my bike!. The only difficulty was that he only accepted bank transfer! I'm in argentina and the only available method of payment from here is by credit card or paypal and Daniel didn't accept either. So I had to bother a friend to do that. BUT I WOULD RECOMMEND DANIEL WITH NO HESITATION!!

Avoid Macingo – Terrible Service and Incomplete Refund
I had an extremely disappointing experience with Macingo and would strongly advise others to think twice before using their services.
I booked and paid €468 for the transportation of a bed. From the very beginning, I was extremely flexible regarding the pickup and delivery dates, making every effort to accommodate the carrier and facilitate the move.
However, once the payment was made, the problems started. Despite having already paid in full, nobody contacted me to arrange or confirm the pickup. For almost two weeks, I repeatedly called customer service seeking updates. Each time, I was given vague information or promised pickup dates that never materialized. The service simply failed to happen.
After weeks of wasted time, unanswered questions, and false promises, I requested a refund. Initially, Macingo informed me that I was not eligible for a refund, despite the fact that they had completely failed to provide the service I had paid for. Only after further complaints did they change their position and agree to reimburse me.
Unfortunately, the story does not end there. Although I paid €468, Macingo only refunded €384, leaving me out of pocket for a service that was never performed. To this day, I have not received the remaining amount nor a satisfactory explanation for the missing funds.
This experience was characterized by poor communication, broken promises, lack of accountability, and an incomplete refund. I lost time, energy, and money dealing with this situation.
Updated on 02/06/2026 After posting this review, I was also threatened with legal action by Macingo, which only reinforced my concerns about how they handle customer complaints.
1 star. I will never use Macingo again and cannot recommend their services to anyone.

Following Macingo’s response, I would like to clarify that I strongly dispute their version of events.
It is inaccurate to suggest that the transport was simply “still being organized” when I decided to cancel. A pickup date had been confirmed for Saturday, May 30th. We remained available and waited the entire day for the collection to take place, but no driver ever arrived and no satisfactory explanation was provided.
The repeated failure to honor the pickup dates communicated to us is precisely why I eventually lost confidence in the service and requested a refund. From a customer’s perspective, it is difficult to understand how a significant amount of money can be retained for “work already performed” when the transport itself never took place.
As for the repeated threats of legal action, I stand by my review because it accurately reflects my personal experience. I will not remove or alter my review simply because pressure is being applied. Customers have the right to share their honest experiences, and everything I have written is based on what actually happened during my dealings with Macingo.

Contrairement à ce que vous affirmez, le service n'a pas été annulé par Macingo mais par vous-même, au moyen d'une demande d'annulation unilatérale que nous avons bien reçue. Le transport était toujours en cours d'organisation lorsque vous avez décidé de ne plus poursuivre la prestation.
Conformément aux conditions acceptées lors de la commande, nous avons procédé au remboursement de toutes les sommes remboursables. Seul l'acompte n'a pas été restitué, celui-ci correspondant au travail déjà effectué par nos équipes pour l'organisation et la gestion de votre transport.
Il est donc inexact d'affirmer que Macingo aurait conservé des sommes sans contrepartie. Les activités de gestion, de planification et de recherche de transporteurs avaient déjà été réalisées au moment de votre demande d'annulation.
Nous regrettons votre insatisfaction, mais nous ne pouvons accepter une présentation des faits qui ne correspond pas à la réalité du dossier.

Unsuccessful transport issue
Few months ago, I have made a transport request through Macingo (request n. 2510012) and accepted an offer (quote n. 4528429). We agreed on the day of transport and paid the deposit. At the day of transport, I contacted the carrier, but they told me that picking up goods in that day is not possible and offered me transport next day. Since I had a flight, I cancelled the transport and desperately tried to find another carrier to be able to transport at the same day. As the courier put me in a difficult situation, I contacted Macingo through email, support form and Whatsapp and mentioned this situation asked to pay back the deposit. However, I have received any reply/feedback.

Unfortunately, within this type of shared/groupage transport service, a delay or rescheduling of approximately 24 hours can occasionally occur and is considered part of the nature of the service purchased.
We completely understand that your personal travel schedule made the situation particularly difficult and, for this reason, the cancellation option was made available to you immediately.
At the same time, we hope you can understand that the intermediation, coordination and organization service had already been provided: the carrier had been assigned, the transport planning had been arranged and operational activities had already started. For this reason, the deposit paid could not be refunded.
We are truly sorry that the experience did not meet your expectations and we appreciate your feedback, which helps us improve both communication and service management.

Serious and very reliable transporter, honest, very helpful and always very kind. EXCEPTIONAL moving guys in everything (from reliability to respecting perfect timing even though it was really difficult to maintain them in a move between 2 distant cities, traffic, etc.; also very quick at work and with a lot of energie, and no problems created). It couldn't have gone better than this!! Really very satisfied. The only thing I didn't understand was that what I thought was a confirmatory deposit (€200), which would then be deducted from the company's total estimate, wasn't, but had to be added, that is, it was the fee for Macingo's transporter search service. However, I wholeheartedly recommend relying on Macingo, I had an excellent experience.
Trasportatore serio e molto affidabile, onesto, molto disponibile e sempre gentilissimo. Ragazzi del trasloco ECCEZIONALI su tutto (dall'affidabilita' al rispetto di tempistiche perfette nonostante fosse davvero difficile mantenerle in un trasloco tra 2 citta' lontane, il traffico ecc; anche velocissimi e molto energici nel lavoro, e nessun problema creato). Meglio di cosi' non poteva andare!! Davvero soddisfattissima. Unica cosa che non avevo capito e' che quella che credevo fosse una caparra confirmatoria (200 €), che mi sarebbe stata poi scalata dal totale del preventivo della ditta, non lo era, ma andava aggiunto, cioe' era la quota del servizio di Macingo di ricerca dei trasportatori. Comunque consiglio spassionatamente di affidarvi a Macingo, io ho avuto un'ottima esperienza.

Great experience but the scheduling can be improved
The booking process was fast and easy. The prices were very fair. The only thing that can be improved is the scheduling of pickup and droops. I was informed only 1 hour before the pickup and 30 min before the drop. Other than that great experience.

Delivery completed, but communication needs serious improvement
Overall, the service worked and the car was successfully delivered from Belgium to Italy, so I want to acknowledge that the job was completed.
That said, the experience could be significantly improved on communication and coordination.
There was very limited visibility on pickup timing, multiple missed callbacks, and difficulty reaching both the platform and the assigned transporter. At one point, even the dealership had no information on when the vehicle would be collected. Updates often came only after chasing.
Once the vehicle was finally loaded, things became clearer and delivery was completed within a reasonable timeframe. The transporter also provided photos and confirmation, which was appreciated.
In short: the logistics worked, but the lack of proactive communication created unnecessary stress throughout the process.
If Macingo improves transparency, responsiveness, and coordination between all parties, the service would be much stronger.

Your booking was placed on February 26, and according to the service terms the pickup window is 5–15 working days, which means the deadline will expire next Friday, so the agreed timeframe has not yet passed.
Our transporter has already attempted to collect the vehicle from the dealership, but unfortunately it was closed at the time of arrival (around 17:00). Following this, a new pickup has already been agreed directly with the dealership for Wednesday, and you have been informed accordingly.
We always aim to keep customers updated and coordinate with all parties involved. In this case, the transport is still taking place within the agreed timeframe and a new collection date has already been arranged.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. From start to finish, the team was incredibly kind, polite, and professional.
What really stood out, however, was their problem-solving ability. We faced several unexpected logistical challenges, but the movers handled them with total composure and expertise. They took incredible care of my belongings, ensuring everything was wrapped and transported safely as if it were their own.
It is rare to find such a combination of technical skill and genuine courtesy. If you want a stress-free move with a team that actually cares, look no further.
