I don't like how expensive it is and the fact that my tree is out there and people in my tree needs to pay to look at the info even if it's wrong.

Hard to navigate
I get frustrated that when I find a match with someone they then pop as a match for everyone that matches people in my tree. I get fed up of having to confirm matches for tree owners I've already matched. I would like to print out lists of sirnames in my tree with names and relationship to me but can't seem to do this. Compared to other geeology sites I find this one the most difficult to navigate

I ordered 2 kits nearly 3 weeks ago, seems to be lost in transit and absolutely no way to send an email or speak to someone about this. I've tried the vipcare email they give out to people and still got a generic response. Terrible customer service, avoid.

No Human Customer Service
I love the matches, DNA information and options and overall experience....until you need customer service. You now get an AI agent and once you've spent hours of your life finding how to contact said agent, AI email instructs you to respond with Human Agent - only to receive nothing. Had I known there was zero support I would have gone with Ancestry.
