The initial delivery from InPost was horrific, but Wilson's immediately rectified it for us & once we raised the issue we had the food the next day. Honestly the Wilson's team are incredible & our dog loves the food.

Great product but poor subscription service
Firstly, I really like the product. Really high quality food that my dog loves, presented nicely, smells good - a real pleasure to serve up at mealtimes!
However, the subscription model is terrible. Serving suggestion for a 10kg dog (no tailored serving size provided for my dog, so going off the back of the pack) is 0.75-1.25 of a pack yet I only received 8 packs for 14 days (which is 0.57 per day). As a result, I ran out with days to spare before my next delivery.
Also, the order processing and dispatch process is far too slow - my subscription order was accepted (and my money taken) on Friday and then the product has not yet been dispatched, as of Monday morning. I appreciate that they’ve had an influx of customers following the years recall, but there has to be a faster process involved, more packs added to the subscription, or better advice on serving size.
Unfortunately, as great as the product is, the subscription and delivery issues mean that I’ll be going back to Years as soon as I’m able to.

It’s great to find a dog food suitable for our dogs allergies that doesn’t include chicken beef or egg!
My only complaint is the high level of carbs and our dog does poo a LOT more than on our previous food as a result

Have a very fussy cockapoo and she has had every single dinner since I transitioned her over from Years, which was recalled. Couldn't be happier. Ordering and delivery fantastic. I would like the option to create my own bundle as some foods i know she can't have. But I'll see how we go.

Excellent customer service
Recently had to contact Wilson’s as the level of dust in my dogs food was much more than normal. ( I’m fully aware some is normal). After providing details to customer service they have sent out a brand new bag. Fab service. ( want to add we have been feeding Wilson’s to our 3 dogs for quite a while now and have had no issues). My boys love this food 🥰

Recently had to change food for my dog due to another companies recall. Researched for ages before choosing Wilsons. It was easy to place an order, and the price is comparable to the other company I used before. My dog absolutely loves the food so far, he has tried the chicken, beef and fish and the lamb and has licked every bowl CLEAN. He is spinning in excitement when he sees the packaging. He seems happy, so I am happy! Delivery was also super fast which was helpful.

Fantastic service all round - great flexibility with the subscriptions, our dog loves his food and runs to his bowl at mealtimes. Excellent with problem solving too when our food arrived damaged (on one occasion out of 2 years being a customer). This was promptly resolved

Alternative food
We were looking at a replacement for a food which had been recalled. A few alternatives had been tried but this proved to be the most suitable for our Bullmastiff - more solid and not mushy. The bowl is licked clean every time.
Delivery has been as promised.

Delivery was very quick. I ordered wet food and dry food. Both my dogs love it! In the wet food is contains actual meat and veg.
