I regularly buy filament from Wondershop, and its always shipped quickly, and sometimes I even get a free roll. Occassionally I have had issues with the cardboard rolls getting stuck in the AMS due to them being a bit crooked, but its great to see they are addressing this by rolling out recyclable plastic spools. Keep up the great work!

I have spent so much the ordered and one of the item after tried out the max 200 not worked at all and the patches keep falling off from the entire area, I have to use the plaster to placed over to hold the patches , i have notify the customer service and yet they told me I can't return this item as I have already opened up the box, I told them if I don't opened up to tried out how would I know this product not working and patches not able to hold up? the customer service said can't help ,sigh... 2nd purchased item was the blood circulation sock come in different colours, yet the information wasn't clear, pink colour is for maternity woman use only was told by the customer service , as female customer like me usually will go for pink. this time round i did not open and requested to replace the actual pair of sock that suit me , they told me to make my own way to JML to do the change, I told them not my issue and don't waste my time, just deliver to me the actual suitable pair than, if not do arrange return. As a spending customer like me , just a small requested yet they can't even help and provide good customer service, from now on I will stop order and remove the account. Really Terrible Customer Service !!!👎👎👎

Have used and bought from them multiple times. Great products for a very good price. Really impressed with the 3D printing filament. Also very fast shipping that is also quite affordable. Have never had any issues with them; the products have always arrived in great condition and on time. I wish there were more stores like them that didn't try to make more of you.

I've been using wondershop a my resin supplier for a few months now and am very impressed with price and turn around time.

As per usual my resin and filament consistently arrives from Dunedin 1300km away to me in Hamilton overnight or in 2 days max. Add to that the low product prices and the only downer would be the lack of stock. Now if they could hold more stock AND get eSun products away from the current importer, they'd get 5 stars!

All-round great experience. Web store is transparent and easy to use and the good ordered arrived quickly, split across two consignments (due to size), one the next day and the other a day later.

Ordered online, was shipped the next day and received it after 3 days. Was happy with the whole process. The filament that turned up was good quality. Have only used a small amount of it so far but seems to be reliable. The colours are consistent and as advertised.
