Takes care of business ! Had issue of server abruptly shutting down. Diagnosed it properly. Keep service level agreements. Value/Price ratio - most excellent.

Pros:
+ Excellent customer support! I always received super quick responses to all queries
+ Great price point. For the machine configuration they provide, the price is very reasonable
+ Network, disk, and compute performance seem quite good

- Installing custom OS is not allowed due to security reasons
- Lack of a noVNC or some web-based monitoring interface makes it hard to debug issues sometimes. It's easy to lock yourself out due to networking issues.
