Trees are never returned

Trees are never returned, they just collect the money for the return up front and their support ignores all inquiries.

They claim to deliver trees from close by locations, but mine came from the Netherlands to Berlin, even though they claim they work with locations close to berlin.
The trees are actually never returned as promised. The first clue was that the return is optional. However, if you pay 20€ for the return of the tree nothing ever happens. I contacted support multiple times and asked for a refund. No reply from anyone. February has already passed and by now its clear that this all was just good marketing and false promises.
They are just out for quick money by taking advantage of people that are concerned about sustainability.
