Purchasing a used vehicle from them in Hamburg was a nightmare. The salesman was visibly irritated when we requested a test drive, claiming it needed prior notice, despite being standard practice. We bought the car, expecting timely delivery. Payment was deducted without confirmation, and our emails went unanswered. Registration was delayed weeks due to the dealership’s errors. Promised software updates and wireless charger installation weren’t completed, despite claims the car was ready. Renault Germany’s follow-up was inadequate, offering no resolution. The unprofessional service and poor communication were shocking. Avoid this dealership until significant improvements are made.

I have purchazed a Zen package. They have overcharged me with 500euros for a Service what had to be free at 30.000km.
They did not refund the money!
Gave me a voucher for further use once warranty is over! Criminals or incompetents You decide!
