If I could give negative stars I would. Highly warn everyone to save yourself the trouble. i consider myself an understanding person and rarely seek to writing reviews, but I have given them ample opportunity to redeem themselves. After over a month my order still had not shipped and kept getting the run around. They FINALLY agreed to cancel my order after I threatened a negative review. It’s been over 2 weeks since they cancelled the order and I still have not gotten a refund. I was told I would be notified but I have had to continually press and ask them about my order and when I would receive a refund. At this point, I’m telling you they are a complete scam of a company and have no intention on refunding me.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! Never have I ever had a more negative experience with a company.

Excellent Customer Service
When we first placed our order with Reformly, we didn’t realize the shipment was coming from the United States. Because of that, our order took quite a while to arrive, and eventually we received notice that UPS would be delivering it a couple of weeks later.
Then came another surprise we were notified that we had to pay a tariff fee before receiving our shipment. I was definitely not happy about having to pay an unexpected extra charge.
I contacted Reformly and explained the situation. Throughout this entire process, their customer service was absolutely amazing. Every time I emailed them, they responded and kept me informed. They were professional, understanding, and genuinely helpful.
But what really impressed me was what happened next. After I told Reformly about the tariff fee, they told me they would take care of it and pay the tariff themselves. That really showed me that they value their customers and stand behind their service.
Even though the shipping process took longer than expected and we ran into an unexpected tariff charge, Reformly made sure we were taken care of from beginning to end.
That kind of customer service deserves recognition.
I would definitely recommend Reformly to anyone considering ordering from them. Things can sometimes go wrong or take longer than expected, but what matters most is how a company treats you when there is a problem and Reformly treated us exceptionally well.

Petite Pilates Practice
I have done floor Pilates for quite a long time on and off and recently did some reformer classes but the times were difficult to fit around my work. I saw the reformerly board and wondered if that might work better for me. I have only used it five times, but I can feel that it’s doing something already.
I am quite petite- 5ft 1” and am finding that the bands are a little long so wondered if there’s a way to shorten these to better suit a petite frame?
Overall i am very happy with the purchase but would like to adjust the lengths and proportions if possible.
I love how transportable it is so I can take it on holiday and to my partners house with no hassle.

Still waiting 7 weeks and no order
I ordered this board 30th June or perhaps 1st July and it's 18th of August and I still haven't received my order.
They sent it back to the supplier apparently and when I found this out I requested my money back as I no longer will wait anymore.
I was not allowed a refund and yet I'm still waiting. I ordered this Pilates board to use while school is off for the summer as I can't make class. School begins again in a week and no board. It is absolutely ridiculous and I would 100% not recommended ordering from this company

Buyer Beware!
I ordered the board on July 30. As of Aug 17 I still have not received the board, but Reformly charged my mastercard $199 CAD! When I purchased the board it came with a FREE one year app membership, so I should not have been charged anything. When I contacted their customer service they said they would not refund my card but would adjust my October billing? For what? There are not supposed to be any other charges! I canceled my subscription in the app and warn all consumers yo stay away ftom this company for poor business practices.

Disappointing experience with Reformly! Proceed with caution
I worked with Reformly for over a year and unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing.
During my time with the company, I became aware of several business practices that raised serious concerns, including recurring card charges from customers and difficulties customers faced when requesting refunds. I strongly encourage anyone considering purchasing from this company to carefully review their terms and monitor their payments.
From my personal experience, customer concerns did not always seem to be handled with the level of care and accountability expected from a reputable business. Additionally, after my employment ended, I was left unpaid for a month of completed work despite multiple follow-ups and assurances that payment would be made.
Beyond the customer service concerns, I also do not believe the product quality matches the price point.
I’m sharing this review based on my direct experience working with the company and hope potential customers take the time to do their own research before making a purchase.

I got the board and when I went to download the app it asks for a paid subscription and no way of bypassing
I got the board and when I went to download the app Im directed immediately to the paid subscription, not the free content I was supposed to receive as part of my order. Repeated deleting and redownloading resulted with the same aggressive pay wall; no way to skip or bypass just repeated 'demand' to subscribe, which I will not! Folks in Australia, be mindful of this, apparently its a known glitch too, but it seems to me that little is being down to correct the 'aggressive and persistent pay wall. Not a happy customer, and bloody annoyed Ive wasted my money!
