The installer mentioned the wallpaper…
The installer mentioned the wallpaper was an excellent quality. Thickness helped with durability. Sadly, my installer had some issues getting the mural to line up. The mural covers an invisible door by Belldinni and a Fittes Vent. He said it’s not meant to be a continuous image. I think it was an installer issue not a wallpaper issue. I had to reorder the left half of the mural for him to fix and he still had issues installing… however you made ordering somewhat easy. The invisible door posed a slight issue as there isn’t a way to specifically order the mural piece for the door and the wall so you can line it up as-best-as-possible. The door will always have a gap of 1/8-1/4 around depending upon the install. So it would have been nice to have that option. I did message and ask ahead of time but was given an unhelpful response.

No delivery + update! + update2!
I never got the delivery. :(
UPDATE: (previous one star, now four)
Rebel walls got in contact with me and offered a re-sending of my order of the samples! :D neither of are sure how it went wrong because the address and name was accurate.
I'm very happy they were able to reach out to me and offer to re-send. I'm hoping it'll arrive this time. :]
So I'm giving it 4/5 because of the delivery mishap and because I'm still waiting.
But they're very pleasant and very helpful in trying to fix the wrongs. If it doesn't reach me this time around I'm going to fault it on the post doing something wrong rather than rebelwalls.
UPDATE 2:
I GOT THEM! :D IT'S REALLY NICE!
Giving it 5/5 now because it arrived in good condition and the staff at RW were really nice and helpful.

I originally provided some negative feedback because the colors of the murals I ordered did not match the samples. Emelie responded to my review immediately and re-printed the paper at no charge and expedited the order. The new paper is much closer to the sample. My clients are thrilled.
