After initially not receiving my package, with no response on my emails, I finally got to reach them through their new chat service on the website.

I got a replacement for my order right away. Even though it took a long waiting time, and I expected some compensation for the long wait and lacking responses, I am happy that at least I did get my purchase.

That being said, the pricing is a bit high on this side, but the quality has been, until now, good.

Tried to get home delevery, but the company couldn’t tell me if that would happen or not . They said it’s up to the delevery company??

That I hope they will fix!
