Bought an aircon online for € 3.000 end of July. I still have no invoice or any information about my order beside my purchase confirmation. Now 4 weeks later. No service email or phone call did really help. It feels like a scam altough they want to be a company.

This company´s website is not easy to use. I spent over two hours trying to place an order. Needs to be more customer friendly.
On the plus side, it was not difficult to speak with a real person, rather than a bot, to ty to resolve my issues.

Had a delivery and needed to exchange. It was handled professionally and effectively.

Beyond the problems I encountered during the purchase process, my biggest concern was the lack of meaningful after-sales support. When issues arose with the product supplied, I found little willingness to resolve them promptly, transparently, and with the customer's interests in mind.

In my opinion, the company does not show the level of respect for consumers or the post-sale responsibility that customers should reasonably expect. Fortunately, there are many alternative retailers that, based on my experience, offer a more trustworthy and lower-risk purchasing experience.

I cannot recommend this company.

Purchased a cooktop with a 2-3 business day delivery date. After, I paid for the item, I received an email stating that the item is out of stock and would not be delivered for another 30 days. And I still have not received a new delivery date.

The redmi whatch 5 lite does not measure blood pressure. Do not be fooled by the store description of the product. My father bought 3 thinking it would measure blood pressure but you can only register it on the app that is not the same thing as measuring blood pressure you need another equipment for that. My parents already had one for that I had to buy another equipment for that.

O meu pai comprou 3 a pensar que media a pressão arterial mas a pressão arterial apenas pode ser registada na app do produto, não é a mesma coisa que medir a pressão arterial é preciso outro equipamento para isso. Os meus pais já tinham um equipamento para medir a pressão arterial, eu tive que comprar um.

Problems entering card details on payment.

Ease of use. However, the website cxan be confusing giving instructions when a field is missing in a non-intuitive pleace.

The website is nearly impossible to use. There is no manual input for your address and the address finder application won't necessarily have your details at all. The ´pick-up point´ option is impossible to use as the hundreds of locations aren't ordered alphabetically making it almost impossible to find an ideal location to collect the ordered item.

I tried several times to call. I asked for an English speaking agent and they said they had to transfer me. I tried 3 times and got cut off each time.

My best tech buys are always at Radio Popular! Convenient locations, always nice staff, ABSOLUTELY BEST prices among official local gadget vendors.
