I have wanted this Ringo Rackbuddy for over a year and are so happy that I finally made the decission to buy it. The quality is absolutely great and it took my son about fifteen minutes to put it togeather for me. And the delivery was really fast, in only a few days it arrived. This rack is strong, cool and I can hang loads of chlotes on it and it has wheels. I am never gonna buy cheap crap from oter companys any more that just falls down on the floor.

Good quality, carefully packed, but a bit hard to assemble.

Tried to change my order just 2 hours after placing it, but was told a day later it was already dispatched and couldn’t be adjusted—very inflexible.

Installation has been a nightmare in an older building (Altbau). We’re on day 8 and the rack still won’t hold properly. It keeps damaging the wall, forcing us to drill, fill, and retry multiple times.

The included screws and wall plugs are low quality and too short—we had to buy proper anchors and screws ourselves.

Returning it would also be expensive, so we’re stuck trying to make it work. Overall, very frustrating for what should be a simple solution.

Advice: Check your wall type carefully before buying.

A very stylish and solid clothing rack, custom-made according to my own design. The entire process was smooth and surprisingly fast — both placing the order and the delivery. The quality feels excellent and the final result looks fantastic. I’m very satisfied and would definitely recommend RackBuddy.

Great customer service with high engagement, really nice and smart racks for clothes. Live in a skiresort so loads of jackets, skipants etc that needs to fit.
A bit of work to assemble but very intuitive.

The Rack from RackBuddy looks very nice and gives my flat a nice character. But it is very difficult and a big challenge to assemble the Rack since the assembly instructions are rudimental.

Good info on delivery status. Immediate response on contact. Simple and practicmatic solution on an occurring problem… friendly, competent, culant and reliable … Business in Role Model Quality … and the products are high end quality

I was moving and when my order came in it arrived at a neighbour in my old appartment building. I wasnt aware of that so i reached out to rack buddys and they helped

I love the look from the rack but the instructions weren’t that clear with the QR code. Still love the design but it was difficult to put it all together. Clearer instructions would be really helpful

Ordered a wallmounted rack, but unfortunately realized only after my purchase that the wall might not hold the weight of it all.
I tehrefore decided to return the rack and order one that would be both attached to the wall and leaning on the floor so to distribute the weight and be sure not to compromise the wall.
Unfortunately the return process proves to be very challenging and expensive.
I would reccomend to be a 100 percent sure of your purchase before going through with it.

Nice wardrobe system. The quality is good. Heavy parts. We had the black edition and experienced some small scratches and the colour not covering all the parts. But we are satisfied and can recommend the system.

The customer service is fantastic! Patricia is very kind and highly responsive. We wanted a customised solution for our very small but very high walk-in closet and Patricia was very helpful with planning. Our shelves have not yet been delivered as they need to be customised as well but already now, the result looks stunning. Patricia is a super responsive consultant. So responsive that I got motivated to extend my wardrobe and had 3 purchases in total.
The team behind her is also fantastic with the response in every means from manufacturing to deployment.
The quality of the products are overall 9/10
1 is missing for now as I don’t know the quality over long term use.
