We received a nice blind with a broken cord (it looked like someone cut it through - on two locations). For that price a no go.

I see our customer service already responded to your email on the 17th of Augustus but we have yet to hear back from you which some photos of the damages so we can assit you in the matter.
If you could respond to our email we can see what the damages are and send you either the replacement cords or if a replacement product is needed we can send you this too.

Not only the products are great…
Not only the products are great quality, but what is truly exceptional is the customer service. They are fast, helpful and go above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience.
E.g. months after buying a curtain we realized we lost the brackets to install it. I sent them an email and the next day they sent them to me, free of charge.
Buy your curtains/blinds here, you won't regret it.

Worst experience- stay away from this webshop
I placed an order for window blinds over two months ago, and I still haven’t received anything. Not even a proper update. This kind of delay is completely unacceptable for any online store.
To make things worse, when I contacted customer service to cancel the order, they refused, claiming they "can't cancel it" — despite the fact that they haven't delivered anything yet. No transparency, no accountability.
This has been a frustrating and disappointing experience from start to finish. I strongly recommend avoiding this webshop unless you enjoy paying for products that never arrive.
