Hands down to Perry at the Fort Worth…
Hands down to Perry at the Fort Worth Alliance store! He was incredibly kind, patient, and thorough throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all of my questions, never made me feel rushed, and genuinely cared about helping me make the right decisions.
What impressed me the most was that he even helped move a couple of furniture pieces while I was trying to figure out the best layout and design. That extra effort made it so much easier to visualize everything and showed how committed he was to providing outstanding customer service.
Perry truly went above and beyond. He even took the time to assist me on his day off and sent me the payment link so I could place my order without any delay. That level of dedication and commitment is rare to find these days.
I truly appreciate everything Perry did, and his professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to help made the entire experience exceptional. If you're visiting the Fort Worth Alliance store, I highly recommend asking for Perry. You won't be disappointed!
