I ordered a pair of Tom Ford glasses as a gift. The recipient received them with one temple bent, so the glasses do not sit evenly on a flat surface.
I contacted customer support immediately and provided photos of the issue. It has now been three working days, and I have not received any response.
I hope the company will contact me and resolve this issue. I will update my review if they do.

I want to warn everyone considering buying from Quivedo. The 2–3 day shipping timeframe stated on their website is an absolute lie, used strictly as bait to lure customers and force a purchase. The real "beauty" begins right after you pay: you will not receive your items on time, and their communication is tragic.They only reply to emails after 2 weeks, completely ignoring multiple messages sent to them. What is truly shocking is that instead of an apology or a proper explanation, the company starts making counter-claims regarding the buyer's behavior. Meanwhile, they are unlawfully holding your money and have the audacity to lecture you.This is an egocentric business that cares about one thing only – taking your money. The customer and their rights are completely disrespected here. I highly recommend choosing more reliable shops to save your time, money, and nerves.
