Lamentable address system and customer communication
I wish to express my deep dissatisfaction with the quality of the service provided. It is entirely impossible to contact their support: the “contact” links on the website do not work, and the phone number indicated during the address change request was out of service and completely unreachable.
In addition to this, there is a particularly concerning issue: my street, which has existed for more than fifty years, simply does not appear in their system. As a result, it is impossible to make any address change or update the information required for delivery. The absence of such basic data in their database makes order management and tracking extremely complicated, if not impossible.
A service that offers no means of communication with its customers and does not allow the update of a perfectly valid address cannot be considered reliable. At this stage, this experience is unacceptable.
wie lächerlich ist das denn
wie lächerlich ist das denn? ich habe die Lieferung an eine pickup stelle in der Migros bestellt und angeblich konnte (während den öffnungszeiten) nicht ausgeliefert werden. der grund:
Delivery was not possible at the building at the address given due to an obstacle to delivery. The building is still under construction, has been demolished, is temporarily or permanently not accessible.
No way to contact or add delivery instructions.
The 'contact' links on the website do not work. The phone numbers (found via Google) also don't work.
No option to add delivery instructions like door code, permission to leave in mail box, - so I don't see how they can deliver to most people who live in apartment buildings.

I never got the package and they state they stored in a "secure place"
defunct company, does not deliver, does not provide customer support
Second time a parcel is not delivered correctly (2 out of 2). first one was alledgedly delivered at 23:47 and 'stored at safe location' .. i checked right after midnight, no parcel. next day i found it at another house (the houses have clearly readable numbers here).
Today same, 'safely deposited', noone was ringing, and no parcel nowhere ..
Avoid if you can
Crappy company that cannot manage to…
Crappy company that cannot manage to deliver packages to anywhere that is not a home address. They leave packages at the door without ringing the bell, with a last minute notice, 90% of the time if you are not at home the package is stolen.
So here we are again
So here we are again - paid extra to Amazon for guaranteed delivery today and once again I'll be claiming back the postage costs from Amazon as nothing has arrived! Mind you what can you expect when a rubbish company (Planzer) buys a rubbish company (Quickpac) you get rubbish x rubbish!
Just can't deliver anything properly
Amazon deliveries registered as quickpac are actually delivered by Planzer (same group), so I'll leave the review here, as Planzer's rating can really go any lower anyway. They just can't deliver anything correctly. They leave the packages unprotected outside, even when they would fit in my mailbox. It sounds like it's just company policy at this point, as I have already complained to Planzer multiple times about this.
Super super slow
I have no idea why it takes them a week or more to deliver something already in the country (with all customs passed etc).
On time delivery
Changed my review to 5 stars, because lately things have improved and everything is delivered on time.

Great service ...
Kept up to date by email Delivered between the time that was stated in the email. Very good service
Poor service
The driver delivered one parcel at around 4.45. He then came back with the second parcel at 20.40 at night. He buzzed so loudly and woke my children up. Would never use again. I will be complaining to IKEA for using this company.
Terrible Service and greenwashing company
We have roadworks for about a year that makes the approach to our house somewhat difficult, but by no means impossible. Yet it's the second time that Quickpac just returned a parcel to the sender because delivery was unsuccessful. And this despite me trying everything to make it possible - informing customer "service" after the first failed attempt and giving my phone number to call me if the driver should really be blocked a few meters before reaching the house. But to no avail.
Instead they happily send parcels back, not making the slightest discernable attempt at making the delivery a success.
If customer satisfaction is not their concern, neither is their impact on the environment. What good is it to have an "all electric fleet" when that fleet is only used to chauffeur parcels around the Kanton twice before sending it on an airplane journey back to where it came from? And in doing so making sure the same items have to be ordered again, and carried around the planet a second time before (hopefully) finally getting delivered - if they don't repeat the same thing again.
Whenever you have a choice in the matter, I advise you to avoid Quickpac / Planzer if a care about your customers / shipping cost and or the planet.

Driver even offered to bring package inside, as I am 9mo pregnant. Very kind!
Terrible service
Terrible service. We presently have road works, so one can approach our house only from one direction. I was watching constantly to see when the driver would arrive and then got a notification that he had tried to deliver but was unsuccessful. This was a plain LIE! I'm 99% certain he approached our house from the blocked side, and couldn't be bothered to follow the diversion to access our place from the other side - much easier to simply lie.
Postscript: I got a standard automated reply from Quickpac on 15.04.2024. Identical to others shown on Trustpilot. i.e., completely meaningless

Good experience.
Terrible service
Terrible service. I am very disappointed. I received an email saying that the package could not be delivered because no one was home. I never asked for hand delivery but ok, I wrote an email asking to leave the package without my signature (I work all day, I won't take a vacation to pick up the package). Despite my written request to leave the package without my signature, I received another email about the failed delivery. Quicpac knew about my request because someone wrote back to my email, stating that they could not leave the package without a signature due to liability. At the same time, on the Quicpac website it is clearly written that you can receive a package without a signature, you just need to instruct Quickpac about such a wish, taking responsibility on yourself. So I wrote back that they themselves say that it is possible, and that I really need this package because it is a gift ... Well, however, it does not work. I do not recommend Quickpac absolutely, it's a shame that companies such as Nespresso use such a poor courier service.
Quickpac - the worst delivery company ever
Quickpac is the worst delivery company EVER.
1. They select parts of the provided complete company address (unclear to me which rules they follow when doing this)
2. They then claim they cannot deliver the parcel (no wonder, when the address is incomplete...)
3. The customer service is close to inexistent and when one reaches someone, one gets pushed back (e.g. "we cannot do anything for you at this point")
4. Even after having provided the right and full address (after we got the first message that the parcel could not be delivered), we got the following superb answer:
"Thank you for your message. Depending on the status of the package, it is technically possible to change the address in time for the delivery of the package. In certain cases, unfortunately, as in yours, this is no longer possible.
Your package has therefore been returned to the sender. We ask that you please get in touch with the sender.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your understanding."
Long story short: This company is a total joke.
I don't understand why shops like Amazon now work with them. This is a total disgrace. In the end, Amazon refunded the whole thing. Hence: A lose-lose experience, both for Amazon and for us as customer.
Pathetic
Pathetic
Received empty & damaged packet which was left in the mail compartment rather. Item missing from the package. We had given no instructions to leave the package in the mail compartment, Amazon parcel are to be given in hand delivery. This is such a bad / horrible experience!
